Premier Hot Tubs Arvostelua

Very happy with Premier Hot Tubs. Very efficient service. They were very helpfuly with any queries I had. Delivery organisation was well laid out and they followed up with some very helpful how to videos to help setup the tub. Would highly recommend them.

Great value and quality tubs. Returning customer. Staff helpful with any questions I have had.

Hello,

We were hot tub / spa first timers and were completely overwhelmed by the variety of choices and options available. We did our “research” by visiting local garden centres and businesses around Kent but couldn’t get a handle as to what we actually wanted, when considering the cost of some hot tubs / spas.

Completely by accident we stumbled across Premier Hot Tubs, and are so glad that we did! Karen was probably fed up with our endless telephone calls and emails but honestly nothing was ever too much.

Don’t get me wrong we were nervous about an online business and due to distance not being able to visit their showroom but those worries were wasted energy.

Thanks to Karen we ordered our hot tub the “Tahiti” and it was delivered in August 2024. Installation was simple and Rick was great help.

We have waited a while to post a review as we wanted to make sure there were no issues with the tub. Needless to say, it’s been a great addition, works perfectly and no faults, well apart from not being able to keep the kids out!

In summary, if you are going to buy a hot tub or spa, do not go anywhere else. 5* service from Karen and Rick, great value for money and a very very happy customer. Thanks Karen and Rick!

We searched for a while online to find the best product for the best price. And these guys won by a mile. Really happy with the product and the after sales are brilliant.

Flawless, the performance and quality is great, Premier Hot Tubs are great to communicate with too, any issues or questions are met with a prompt response
A lot of people said you’ll hardly use it, I’m in it weekly now and even more in summer, also everyone says they’re super expensive to run, we have left ours set to 38 degrees 24/7, electric bill has maybe increased £7/8 a week, nothing but great things to say all round

I found Premier Hot Tubs fantastic website online and what a fantastic decision I made by choosing them. They are professional and knowledgeable The whole process from placing the order to delivery and then after sales has been second to none. Thank you very much!

Great hot tub, kept informed of delivery etc, great delivery, all round great service and price.

I recently purchased this hot tub and we are very pleased. The jets are powerful and the water heats up quickly, maintaining a consistent temperature. The seating is comfortable and the controls are easy to use.
Communication both during and after ordered was easy and delivery was efficient and also got a little training on how to use it which was great.
Overall, it’s a fantastic addition to our garden, offering both comfort and quality. Highly recommended!

This is our second hot tub purchase from themselves and again we are very happy. 5 star delivery and product quality… highly recommended! Thank you

Great team from start to finish, it is always daunting spending considerable amounts of money on something you have no experience of. There are lots of other "low quality" hottubs available on the market using heaters and pumps that are not reputable brands. Karen and Rick were very helpful in my decision making, notwithstanding the fact I do not beleive you will find anythig online that delivers the same product at the sanme price. Would highly recommend Premier Hottubs and in fact have done so 3 times in the last 3 months to family members who are looking to take the same route as me.

Fantastic service. They couldn't help enough. Answered all my emails quickly and the delivery was very professional.
Highly rate Premier Hot Tubs. Had the Hot Tub a month now and had no problems. Perfect for a relax. 10/10

Great service great product very easy and helpful to deal with all delivered as promised.
Very professional from start to finish, highly recommend.

Superb customer journey from ordering to arrival. Very helpful. Karen always answers emails promptly. The delivery which involved a crane went without a hitch. Overall very pleased with the Tub, using it almost daily. Very high quality - My only niggle is I would improve the television (I think it is LCD and there are some spots in the tub where cannot see it clearly because of angle of view - minor point just could be improved )

Fantastic company to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable about hot tubs.
Would highly recommend. Delivery on time, and managed to get it into our garden with ease, using the different aids that premier hot tubs bought with them.

We ordered the Tahiti Hot Tub and have been using it for a month now, it's been brilliant. It's great value for money and arrived very quickly. The service from Premier was fab, very informative and helpful! I'd highly recommend them.

I was looking for a hot tub that had jets in the floor for my feet. I suffer with plantafacia and needed some pain relief.
The antigua 7 seater hot tub is fantastic and definitely does the jobs

Great experience with this company. Love our tub and they are reliable and very helpful. Fabulous, recommend 100%.

Excellent customer service (both pre and post sales). Karen and team are very helpful and no question too silly or too much trouble. Delivery was received on time and as promised, and again very friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend using Premier Hot Tubs!

We absolutely LOVE our new hottub! They were so helpful throughout as we had so many question about what tub would be best for us. We are a middle terrace house & thought it would be such a struggle to get the tub in but nope all worked out so I’m very happy with premier hot tubs & who they hired out for delivery. 5* all around! Would highly recommend.

So glad we chose Premier for our hot tub. The price was amazing and service and delivery excellent. We’re already telling anyone who is thinking of buying a hot tub to use Premier, they will have no regrets! We don’t and really enjoying our purchase! Fantastic value for money too.
