Premier-Car Kia Rochdale Arvostelua

From asking advice and help with selecting the right car for us we would give Premier Cars top marks

My car was recently at Premier Automotives Rochdale due to the engine managment light coming on. I was given a courtesy car and kept informed on a daily basis by Kelly of what they were doing and expected timescale for return of my car. Overall brilliant service from lovely people

Superb experience from start to finish. I was contacted beforehand to confirm my booking for my annual service and the time scale was clearly explained. My car was collected on time and returned in an excellent clean condition. Kelly who I dealt with was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I highly recommend using Premier Rochdale

Took our sportage in for a little technical issue to be resolved and was over the moon with the customer service and efficiency
Thanks to Kelly for looking after us and to the Kia team as a whole

Purchased a second hand Suzuki Vitara from here. Gary Coleman looked after me from start to finish and provided an excellent service. He kept me informed of progress throughout and even sent a detailed video of the car. Pick up was faultless and the car was prepared well - could not ask for more. Excellent service from a great company, would not hesitate to recommend!

From speaking to Kelly a very helpful receptionist in the Rochdale premier Kia service department who sent out Adrian one of the Kia Technicians. Adrian arrive within an hour of the phone call to diagnose a fault on a Kia picanto immediately. Both employees were very amiable, courteous and professional. Just goes to show that genuine helpful human response is still alive. We’ll done KIA Premier Rochdale

Everyone was brilliant and made the process really easy, but Charlie my sales manager was really helpful and extremely accommodating, no pressure at all! Would 100% recommend

I am delighted with my Kia Sportage
I have used Premier for over 11 years and they are so professional and competent
The sales advisor Gary Coleman is a great asset to Premier and goes the extra mile to help

Had the pleasure of buying a vehicle from here.
Travelled from Barnsley nothing to much trouble dealt with Brian and Paul.
Highly recommend.

Charlie was absolutely fantastic. No pressure and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

Great experience!
From the low pressure start to the great communication keeping me up to date, to the collection of my new car it was professional all the way. Had some questions which were dealt with quickly so the after care seems good.

Company to work with very understanding and helped me all through the week till my car was delivered and showed me what to do and what not to do

Another great experience at Rochdale. All the team -especially Brian- are always welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. This is our 6th Kia. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!!

4th Kia from Premier

Communication and knowledge on the Sportage from Paul was fantastic right from the start. This is the 4th car from this garage as the experience I have had over the last god knows how many years has been fantastic, and to be honest faultless.

Would highly recommend. Ordering my new car was made an easy experience, right from the initial test drive, right through to collection of car. Superb service!!!

The car buying process went very smoothly and the car was delivered before the timescale given which was a bonus. Charlie was very knowledgeable and very professional and prompt in all aspects of the purchase. This is the first time we have purchased a Kia and we are extremely satisfied with both the car and the dealership.

Recently purchased a New to me Kia Sorento. The whole process was completed online as I'm from the West Midlands.

Brian the sales representative was absolutely wonderful. Taking me through every step. He made the whole thing a stress free experience.

Pre purchase and aftersales service a real credit. Top service Guys. I would have no issues with purchasing another vehicle from them. I highly recommend Premier Kia Rochdale.

We recently purchased a pre registered Suzuki Ignis from Premier. Although the Part exchange and Purchase was carried out remotely from Oxfordshire, the Sales representative Chris handled the whole operation smoothly and the new car was delivered by transport exactly as planned.
