I had done a lot of online shopping but the experience I had with Pramogh was completely different. I was looking for a pukhraj stone and visited pramogh from google search, I liked a particular piece there and dropped a msg to know more about it. From there I immediately got a call from their team and the genuinely helped me throughout the entire selection process.

I wasn't sure about the right size so I searched online and looking for a 7 ratti piece, which was bigger for me and they instead of selling anything expensive, they guided me properly according to my body weight and the quality of stone. They showed multiple options with inhand videos and on video call as well.

I received my product today and it is absolutely beautiful, exactly the same as shown to me. Even the packaging was premium and beautifully done.
