This service is not a real service. Call and calls aren't taken, if they are answered they will hang up on you. I have awaited services for which I have paid yes paid and they connected me with an agency with whom no one knows the individual. So if ones have received such connections I would love to interconnect with you. Maybe I am engaging with the incorrect individuals. Yet the site has changed yet the California number, the Texas number and Colorado numbers seemingly goes to the same person, Sam. Please share your thoughts interactions or if your company is doing well please share.

This is a really interesting and helpful service for my business. I am still in the beginning stages, about 3 months in, and have recently made some great connections with other providers that I would not have had the time or motivation to seek out. I am feeling hopeful that these connections will blossom into fruitful referral partners, and time will tell. My team has been really active and dedicated, responsive to requests for updates and edits, and have been right there to help problem solve any bumps in the road getting up and going. So, customer service 5 stars; today I'm giving 4 stars just because the time frame is more extended than was originally discussed in my sales call, and I still have yet to see how this process actually supports the growth of my business.

Seeing a return on investment & quality partners
My experience has been overall very positive. With the work my Practiscale liason, Ana, has done, I know have several referal partners actively sending me new clients. My most recent referral partner connection has sent 4 referrals, with health insurance plans I can bill, within the first week of the partnership.
I have appreciated that the process is slower with viable connections being made that are a good fit for my practice. I also appreciate that Ana is responsive to my feedback about how information is sent through Google chats.
The other great aspect of the program is the onboarding process to assure long term referral partnerships and the support the Practiscale team provides in having systems in place. Such as, establishing a referal partner newsletter and setting up a more professional LinkedIn account. The process is well thought out and thourogh.
Overall I'm very happy with the program and have begun to see a return on the investment made working with Practiscale.

Initially I was skeptical but when I got to speak with the owner who took his time to explain the whole concept to me, it made sense so I decided to give it a try.
