I visited a bar in York, The Waterfront.
I needed to use the power bank on their bar.I made the payment of £15, it was debited to my card right away and told if I only use it for a short while and returned to the hub a credit will come back to the card.
I started to use the power bank,and within 2/3 minutes the power bank had stopped working.I returned to the bar and the bar staff told me it was nothing to do with them and I should contact Powready directly.
The power bank was returned to the hub on the bar, but no credit to my card has returned.
I have since emailed the company but the lack of manners, and disrespect from this company for not even replying to my email is the reason why I've given 1 star.
If I could give any lower I would.26

I used the mobile phone charger for half an hour at a shop, and when I swiped my card, the person told me the charge was £15.00, but £45.00 was debited.
I contacted the company via WhatsApp and they even started chatting to me, but then stopped replying and trying to sort out the problem.
I sent an email and didn’t get a reply!
I’d advise you not to use it!

I visited a bar Impossible in York and made a payment to use the power bank. A light was supposed to turn on to say that the power bank was ready to use and when it did- I tried to take it out- and it did not work.

I told the bar staff who advised me to contact the WhatsApp of the provider as they normally good at helping out so I did. They messaged me back and said they would look into it - then ignored me - I requested refund -they reassured me they would look into it. All follow ups were ignored.
I wouldn’t use this service ever again. It was a small price to pay but the fact they ignored and kept the money seems extremely dodgy. Very poor customer service

overgcharged 24.95 for h30mins usage. They not replied to messages or email. Disputing it with the bank

Good for what it is, but after less than an hour charging my phone theyve charged us £30, disputing this with bank

Used one of these devices and ensured I returned after 20 mins as they charge per half an hour. I never received my £15 deposit and spoke to customer services and emailed and had no reply and no refund. Don’t trust this brand they are a scam!!

They didnt give me any money back as they Say they do, i was supposed to Pay 2€ and instead i played 10

THIEVES! I paid 15e for the f battery, I didn't charge it for half an hour and returned it, as if I was getting money back, but they weren't!

Great service to use whilst out and about and you need to charge your phone. Good customer service, very handy power banks. You recommend this one than over other brands.
