Postal Packaging Arvostelua

Ordered what I needed which was despatched promptly, courier lost order bur your help team replaced it immediately. Superb product and superior customer service. This is my go to company now! Thank you!

Excellent customer service! They amended my order at the last minute and updated everything within just two minutes. The agent was very friendly, easy to contact, and replied almost instantly. The whole process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend them!

We ordered some branded envelopes for a client event and they were a perfect addition. Jess and the team were extremely accommodating and attentive throughout the ordering process, pushing our order through to meet the tight deadline. I really recommend this company for branded materials. Thank you team!

Very helpful staff directing me to exactly the right item needed.

Amazing customer service!
DPD were having issues delivering to my address and things were getting frustrating, but the company really stepped up. They sorted the problems with DPD quickly, the replacement arrived super fast, and they refunded my previous order without any hassle. Overall, I’m really impressed – amazing customer service, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I had placed an order with the envelopes side of the company, and through no fault of Postal Packaging, the courier completely messed up and despite lots of effort, the parcel was never delivered. However, Jess and Kelly were hugely helpful, doing everything they could to get it sorted, and even volunteered and arranged to order in and specially stock the products I order regularly to make the process smoother in the future. The products themselves are good quality and good value, and there is lots of range, but the main takeaway here is that the customer service phone answered on the first ring, and we all know how rare that is!

I ordered the wrong size because I am an idiot. These guys accepted my return and got my replacement out in a timely fashion. You can buy with confidence.

Really easy process to order some custom printed envelopes, James was so helpful and answered all my questions. The envelopes arrived on time and are really great quality, wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!

Unfortunately my order arrived damaged but after emailing the issue over to the company I received a quick response from Jess who was able to fix the problem in minutes, thanks so much jess, fantastic customer service, will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Don't buy from these people! They takes ages to sort and arrange an exchange! Not also they don't pay enough postage. That the customer get whacked with the postage that cost more the products themselves!!! Its disgusting!

I recently made a purchase from postal packaging which is the first time I had purchased from the company, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and incredibly customer-focused.

The items I ordered arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and exceeded my expectations in both quality and value. But what truly set this company apart was the amazing customer service. When I had a few questions after placing my order, their team responded promptly, kindly, and with a level of detail that showed they genuinely care about their customers.
I highly recommend postal packaging to anyone looking for top-quality products and truly exceptional service. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Thank you !

Had a slight problem with an order in terms of mis-understanding the description but this was quickly resolved and I am very happy with the service I received.

Found this company online, site very easy to navigate and order, especially as I only required a few boxes. My order, packaged extremely well, arrived quickly. Boxes are easy to construct, I’m absolutely delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Easy to order, arrived very quickly and well packaged. Would definitely recommend and would order again.

Swift customer support and very helpful. Had to change my envelopes to another type and support sorted everything same day. Delivery took two working days. Overall great experience. Recommend.

Great experience! I order a lot of packaging supplies from a lot of varying places online, and this place really impressed me. Good prices, nice quality, and arrived really fast. Will be returning in the future!

Brilliant service and fast delivery and good prices too, and for some reason the delivery address after I paid was wrong (my fault) and a quick phone call and they sorted it out no fuss

I got quite a few of their plastic peel and seal bags, came in a good range of sizes, great price and quality and arrived quickly

Great company to buy from
Very helpful and communicative
