PoshBurn Arvostelua 

Im writing this review to be honest, helpful, and constructive. When I ordered some wax melts the ordering process was a breeze, a simple, easy to navigate website and simple checkout process. I waited a week for an order update / dispatch email and nothing came through. I sent a email chasing the order which obviously prompted PoshBurn to pack and dispatch the order an hour after they received it - the order sheet confirmed time and date the order was printed. I paid for royal mail tracked 24 postage and the order was dispatched with royal mail 48, not the premium service I requested and paid for. Further to all of these issues, the wax melts arrives damaged and the 1 pack even arrived without the finishing label on the front of the pack.
These are all minor issues but when you are paying a premium price for a premium product, everything should be satisfactory.
***The wax melts do smell amazing, you will not be disappointed ***
There must be a reason that the order didn’t print when placed and this should be looked into by PoshBurn so that other customers do not feel they have to chase an order. PoshBurn should also look at the packing process to avoid packs being damaged in transit.

I have Been using poshburn for a while now and I’m always impressed with the quality and consistency of the products. The last time I ordered my go to product was out of stock, but the company kept me up to with updates and offered me an alternative. Which I wanted to wait for my usual product. Not long after my product was shipped out no problem!

I’ve been shopping with poshburn for a while now and I can definitely say there’s no one like that around. Her candles and fabric fresheners are the best. They are of superb quality.

Avoid. Unwilling to respond to refund request and avoiding communication. Poor business values.

Delivery was fast and product smells fresh.

I have been a posh burn customer for years and I just have to say the products are amazing. I have tried a few different ones and everything has been beautiful. Highly recommend.🫶

Quite disappointed with this order and I hate to say it as I love pish burn products. I ordered there new scent which was lovely but the other wax melts was as if the perfume wasnt added. I don’t know if it was maybe a mistake or something but I’m unable to burn them as it doesn’t smell nice. Even my friend commented so I knew it wasnt just me. I really hate leaving a negative comment and I’m sure it’s just been an error if some sort. Posh burn is my favourite place for wax melts and I will order again to see what my next order is like. If the same again I won’t be reordering again I’m afraid

Easy to order and they smell great

I’ve been using poshburn products for the last 5 years . The fragrances are amazing and last for so long , I always get asked what fragrance I use in my home and now all my friends are hooked .

** UPDATE** after ignoring all messages, i eventually had my bank log this business as a fraudulant opperation and got my money back with no help or contact from the business its self. I believe they are trying to rebrand, but i wouldnt trust them imo**

Booked a candle making experience for me and my mum a few months in advance. Confirmed the date over email. Was concerned when I didn't have any confirmation so a few days before I emailed to confirm again to be told at 9pm the evening before, the reply said, it's cancelled with no reason. I asked for s refund. She ignored all my emails, so I had to raise a dispute with my bank.
Thankfully they helped because this is FRAUD. Then the latest update is she has the cheek to DISPUTE my claim for a refund.
Pathetic.
Still after more emails she's ignored all requests, but thankfully this fake company has been marked as fraud by my bank.
Do better, I gave you a chance to refund me when you emailed me admitting you did see my email date confirmation but just forgot and then decided to steal my money that I work hard for while you had a nice Saturday off then had the cheek to DISPUTE my refund claim.

Not a strong small from candles or spray

Shocking shocking service take my subscription £18 per month still waiting on my last 2 months delivery no customer service keep ignoring me DO NOT BUY 😡😡😡

I have used PoshBurn a lot, delivery is always a bit slow, but this time it’s been 8 days and nothing from them, I’ve contacted them twice but no response, I’m going to contact my bank and get my money back.

Not even received the parcel yet. Been waiting 17 days and no word of where this is. Was for a birthday present for my mum and it’s nowhere to be seen. Spent about £45 for nothing so far.

Scent is great
Reeds were thrown in bottom of the box all loose and no packaging and they are really thin?and only got 6 for 2 diffusers?
