Pong Cheese Arvostelua 

The service was shocking. Ordered several cheeses for a customer for Christmas to be delivered on the 19th Dec its now 31st and no delivery. The only response was it is out for delivery despite the tracker saying otherwise

Order due 23/12/25, never arrived! Impossible to make any genuine contact with Pong, very limited response via either phone or email. Sadly not very interested in providing good customer service. I shall continue my quest for a full refund, last resort contact the credit card company and do it that way. It really shouldn’t be this difficult, simple problem , simple solution.

Was not happy with a last minute unscheduled substitution of my order. Arrived Christmas Eve and was not happy with lack of communication from customer service. However, immediately after Christmas, I emailed company and got immediate response and full refund . So I’m giving them good marks for their after sales service.

I have been on a subscription this year and really enjoyed their cheese
I got to know many cheeses I never heard of before
Their cheeses are 5 star

So it’s Christmas Eve and the cheese order placed at the beginning of December is nowhere to be seen.

Emailed: no response
Called: ‘we will look into it’. No follow up (I’m sure they looked hard)

Advice: if you are hoping for your delivery to arrive, based on my experience, hope is about as far as it can go.

A missing delivery will one thing, poor customer service is a complete red flag on retailers to avoid and this. From my experience, raised a big red flag.

Let’s see if the refund request is a little smoother.

I ordered a Christmas box to arrive a few days before Christmas Day itself. Royal Mail managed to deliver it to a random address - cheese lost. Pong were excellent and sent out a new order immediately, no quibbles, so I had my cheese.

Ive had a monthly subscription with Pong for six months now. Excellent cheese. Excellent company.

Failed to deliver the cheese and was unable to connect the customer service so unable to get any help. Very poor will not be ordering from them again

I ordered cheeses for Xmas for delivery 23 December. The order did not arrive on the 23.12. I contacted Pong on the evening of 23rd to let them know and constantly e-mailed them and called on the 24th but no one had the courtesy to get back to me until 13.14 with not a satisfactory response - they did not know where my order is. I have 24 people coming for Xmas lunch and now have no cheese. I realise things go wrong with deliveries but Pong did not help the situation by not responding to calls or e-mails.

Asked for delivery on the 22 nd but told it had been sent early. Contacted company rescheduled for the 22nd. Didn’t arrive. Now the 24 th and still no delivery. So a Christmas present ordered at the beginning of December gets messed up TWICE.
Not good enough!

Really great and speedy customer service when I’d put the wrong order date on the delivery - was very impressed!

Change of plans.ipresume I write review here. I got a bit confused with my order was having trouble applying the 50% discount .after a couple of emails problem solved. I made a pigs ear of making this review. I will have a break and have a couple of biscuits with a couple of pieces of pong cheese and I am confident my friends at pong cheese will be sorted

There is a good variety of cheese in the subscription, although sometimes they are common ones you can buy in Tesco for £2-4.

They are packaged and posted very well.

Unfortunately we have now requested no goats cheese twice, and they are still sending goats cheese. We have now cancelled the subscription because of this.

Great selection of cheeses. So easy to order and very accommodating in arranging delivery date before Christmas. Highly recommended

I was recomended this company to order some cheese and put a gift voucher in the basket. It then prompted £2.95 to deliver it when you can just print it. Called them twice to discuss but my details were taken and not responded to. Very dissapointed.

I discovered Pong Cheese last year and ordered Christmas gift boxes for family members, who were unanimous in their praise of the quality of the cheeses.

I was rather envious as I live in Malaysia and thought it wouldn't be feasible to ship cheese over here. This Christmas, I asked Pong if it was feasible and it turned out that it is. They were very helpful with advising on delivery dates and other matters and it took just under two days for my order to arrive, via DHL. Obviously the delivery cost is rather high, but for a Christmas treat, it's well worth it.

We love the quality of the cheese we get from Ping and every month we receive a lovely.surprise.
Customer service is always responsive as well

Had a subscription to Pong Cheese for regular order for my daughter in the UK ( I’m in Australia). V. Jealous I can’t get their cheeses here. Always top quality and fantastic range. Shipping goes like a dream with fast delivery. On the occasions I have had to make changes to order or delivery, Customer Service has been first class with very prompt response. 5 Star Company

Was given a cheese subscription last Xmas as a gift but service from their delivery provider Royal Mail has been awful. Have had issues with over half of the deliveries and then the cheese usually goes off as it’s only stored with some cold packs. Wouldn’t recommend unless they switch delivery providers

Excellent cheese but also excellent customer service too.

Buy for the same repetitive and poor supermarket quality cheeses month in month out

Pong cheese: "The intention is to ensure that members experience a broad range of cheeses over time, rather than receiving the exact same selection repeatedly."

Don't get the cheese subscription it's a lie and a scam! The mystery boxes are better value for money but still are as repetitive as the cheese subscriptions.

Honestly don't waste your money on Pong, use Rind and Rennet. I just received my October box and it was perfect! Though more expensive it's better value for money. Unlike pong they're aren't trying to scam you and they even reveal what you get every month so you can see the boxes aren't repetitive.

Edit:

When I'm promised one thing such as "no cheese will be repeated" and get another it makes me quite angry! If it was me I'd want to be informed by a review, if the company isn't honest enough to it themselves.

They're both cheese subscription one is £24 and in return you get £20.39 worth of product and the other is £49 and in return you get £58.80 of product (prices come from both companies websites). I'm entitled to my honest opinion and reccomendation. I would hope Pong will take it as constructive feedback to improve their wording and clarity to improve others experiences.
