PMI has been a great resource throughout my PMP journey and continued professional development. From preparing for the PMP exam to maintaining my certification and earning PDUs, I’ve found the resources practical, informative, and valuable to my career. I appreciate that PMI provides opportunities to keep learning and growing even after earning the certification. I would definitely recommend PMI to other project management professionals looking to strengthen their skills and advance their careers.

Access to training was easy, and PMI offered a variety of options so I could find the right mix for my schedule. In addition, I discovered that the new PMP testing includes the use of Agile technologies and processes. Richly needed.

I enrolled for the PMP prep class the afternoon of the day the course was to begin. The enrollment, communication, and class information processes were quick and efficient. When my class time came that evening, I was fully prepared and ready to attend class. No hiccups whatsoever!

I used PM training to obtain my PNP certification and now I'm using PM training to get my 60 hours of continuing education

Easy to access and the information to enroll and the breakdown of the curriculum was easy to understand. Looking forward to my learning experience.

I am a return student, took your PMP course. I signed up for PMI-CPMAI and searched for a class. When your site showed up, I signed up for the class the link took me to. I joined the first session and realized it was the wrong class within 10min. When I reached out I was told that the class covers AI aspects.

The instructor is giving instructions clear and helpful to the success of PM certification.

It was challenging trying to locate the correct training class for SAFe, but was ultimately successful.

The purchasing product was very confusing. Buy this and you'll need need this and you really should be a member as well. Then moving into the online classroom. It is crazy to me that I was trying to obtain my Project Management Professional Certificate and the whole process was unbelievably disorganized. The classroom was confusing. I asked the instructor multiple times where class materials were so I could follow along. The class moved VERY fast. I was very disappointed that I never received any disclaimer when I signed up for the class that if I did not test before July 7, 2026, and if I wanted to re-test, I would HAVE to retest on Edition 8. Even though I signed up and took Edition 7. Everything seemed to be extremely complicated and NOT streamlined at all. The online exam process was awful. Maybe in the beginning, it should be mentioned that you need a tutor in order to even come close to passing a certificate that YOU paid for and that there is no guarantee you will get paid more in your career. I would never recommend this course/training to anyone that is interested in obtaining this certificate.

Instructor was a nice person, however the course was not engaging at all. to spend $1000+ on a course to have the instructor simply read off the slides is a waste of everyone's time. I would not recommend this course.

The instructor was pleasant and knowledgeable, and there were several aspects of the course that were done very well. The class materials and slides were organized and helpful, the website and supporting resources were easy to navigate, and I especially appreciated how clearly the PMP certification and application process was laid out. Those resources gave me a much better understanding of the steps involved in pursuing the certification.

Where the course fell short for me was in the delivery and practical application of the material. Throughout the class, we primarily referred back to one project management example. I would have appreciated a much more interactive, scenario-based learning experience using a variety of real-world projects and challenges.

For example, the class could have been divided into small groups and given project management dilemmas involving stakeholder conflict, scope changes, resource constraints, risk, schedule challenges, Agile versus predictive decisions, or team dynamics. We could then have worked through how we would respond and discussed the reasoning as a class. I think this would have helped bridge the gap between learning PMI terminology and actually understanding how to apply it.

I personally do not learn well by being spoken to for extended periods of time. I learn by applying concepts, discussing situations, asking questions, and working through realistic examples. Because much of the course was lecture-based, I found it difficult to stay engaged even though I genuinely wanted to absorb the material.

Given the significant time and financial investment associated with completing the required 35 hours of project management education, I had hoped the experience would provide more practical application and preparation than I could achieve through independent study.

I am glad to have completed the required education hours, and I found the materials and guidance surrounding the PMP certification process valuable. I just wish the instructional portion had been more interactive and grounded in real-world project management scenarios. I believe that change would make the course significantly more engaging and valuable for future participants.
