These people aren't refunding

I purchased an item and return the item but never got my money or a reference number i have called and email multiple times but never recived my money and the customer service is so rude i just cant even beign how unhelpful and rude they are

Fake website they don’t refund no update once you returned the item
They wasted my money

If they can’t then they should mention that no exchange/return

Absolutely its a fraud company. They just take you money and keep it with them forever. Pathetic customer support. Impolite and rude staff.

Pluss.in is a fraud company. I order waist for me and due to size issue I asked for return. They took return but it's been a month they not paying me back even i have given my bank details.

This is scam even seeing other review with same complains. No one reverting from them.

All was fine in the beginning. I received my order in proper condition. Since the size I picked was lose for me, I applied for an exchange on February 06, the day I received it. The pickup for the product happened the next day itself. And till now I have not received the exchange product. I followed up with them on email and phone. Finally they sent a message two days back, the exchange product has been dispatched. Am yet to receive it. They do not give tracking updates like other websites. They also don't provide whatsapp updates. Inspection pending is the status shown on my account. Poor customer services is why I will not recommend their products to anyone. Hugely disappointed.

They are fraud.

They are not paying me back.

Also the delivery takes time.
Don't ever buy from pluss.in, instead always use myntra or other marketplace to buy their products.

With so many negative reviews in all sites. I am skeptical now if i am going to receive my order that i have placed as there is no update or tracking information available so far on the order i placed .
The support numbers provided in the website are useless and no one answer the call. This is unprofessional and fraud site .Dont recommend anyone to buy from pluss.in looking at the exciting offers at the site, ultimately you will end up with no items getting delivered to you. This is a fraud site .

It was packed in an unprofessional manner and was covered in dust. The vests are not long enough to tuck in and my underwear's material is excessively thin. Not worth the amount I spent.
