Nware Arvostelua 8

Fuimos muchos los que contratamos por 150€ hace menos de 4 meses una suscripción VITALICIA. Tras un mensaje ambiguo en el cual parecen indicar que cierran la BETA esperando una nueva fase nos han reembolsado esos 150€ rescindiendo el contrato unilateralmente. Si la empresa vuelve van a tener que darnos ese servicio o recibirán una demanda colectiva.

I had big expectations in nware cloud gaming and like the idea to play any AAA game that you own, something you don't have with GFN where lots AAA games are missing.
But the hardware specs of nware are just terribly poor! No surprise that they hide any informations about it. I was trying to play Horizon Zero Dawn and settings there showed that the VRam of the GPU was almost full with medium setting on 1080p. A VRam of 4gb is just very poor. For the money you monthly pay (10.99 EUR) you could expect better hardware!

Purchased a subscription, not working at all on different new Android devices (pixel 7 pro, g cloud, chromebook i5).
Freezes at the loading screen.
Emailed customer service multiple times, on different email adressen but no response for 2 weeks now. No other way to contact them, so my advice: keep away from this company.

Pros and Cons (I hope this is what I mean)

Pros:
- You can have every game that is on either Steam, Epic Games, or Ubisoft.
The monthly fee of $10 is reasonable.
- More than 1 hour of game time (I'm not sure what the limit is right now).
- There is no need to wait to play the game (only to download:/).
Cons:
- You have to download the game every time you want to play it, but if you use your "personal cloud storage," you can have any game up to 100 GB. (Which we both know is not much.)
- You have to log in every time you want to play anything.
- Sometimes, for me, it crashed for no reason.
I emailed support with some questions, but I have yet to receive a response (30/10/22).
How can it be better?
- Games would be downloaded without having to wait for them to download OR having a download speed of 1 Gbps.
- We don't have to log in every time.
- You could buy more storage for "personal cloud storage."
Will I buy the subscription?
Yess. but why?
Because there are games I have, that are not more than 20 GB, and I enjoy them. (Not like DCS, RON, or Squad) they are more than 60 GB each.)
I hope that I will get a PC for Christmas. These are the only reasons I'm going to buy it.
(fun fact: I didn't buy it, I just brought GFN Priority)

No.

Worst not have asia server.. very lag.. don't add to asia if not have asia server..👎👎

You should wait ~40 mins to download game before playing. And the worst thing that you should do some actions while you downloading game or you will dropped out of server. Also, they don't have recognizing option, so you'll have to login every single time.

Compared to Boosteroid or GeForce, this service is nothing.

Problems with requesting data removal.
I've contacted them (24th September 2021). To delete all of my information, I've heard nothing from them until today. (17th December 2021). When I've received an email from them. So the request to be forgotten did not succeed the first time. After contacting support they told me to download their app and delete my account from there. It is a shame that they don't have that function on their website and that you have to go on and download their app to do account management.
And when you're downloading the app their ToS is in Spanish only.
