I was sent the wrong login for a Fortnite account that I purchased, and then after the seller sent me a russian domain email to the Fortnite account, an email which is an obvious scam. And to top it off, the account being sold was supposedly verified by PlayHub.

Well I waited for 10 hours for a response on why I was not verified and they came back and just refunded my perchuse and not fixed it I really wanted that account. I still haven’t got my money back though they sayed it would be 5 days.

They waste your time making an account and then they email you asking for more information only to ignore you once you respond.

The company is great. When buying digital products from unknown people, it's really good having them as the go between!
I've made 5 or 6 purchases for my grandson, with only one being a problem (with the individual seller) and Playhub took care of us right away.
They hold your money in "escrow" so IF a problem arises, you deal with them to get it back. You have the power with them as they request confirmation of each step before they will release the funds to the seller.

Great platform with a lot of potential
Great platform with a lot of potential, but the 20% commission fee is simply too high. If the fees aren't adjusted to a more reasonable level, it will be difficult to retain quality sellers. I love using this site, but for the sake of the platform's growth, these costs need to be reconsidered.
