Players Choice Videogames Arvostelua

Good experiences dealing with this company. Good products too.

Easy ordering, fast shipping, items just as described.

An overall awesome experience buying from players choice. The Xbox 360 arrived in great condition and their customer service is top notch. I will be doing business with them again. A+++

I go to players choice first for all of my child hood game experiance revisited. There is nothing like the classics. And the prices are fair and I love it. So I always check here first before buying anywhere else. Keep up the good work guy's!!!!

David was patient and consistent.

Gosto de jogar play station, me divirto muito. Tem uma variação muito boa

Quick and responsive service! Item arrived on time and son was pleased!

Awesome! Received my products in timely manner and have already made a reorder! Thanks guys!! Happy Holidays

Arrived undamaged, and sooner than expected.

Such great service and communication. Very securely shipped in a box. I had an issue with my order and right away it was fixed. I had a shipping label sent to me and once received sent me my item. In a better package than expected. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to dealing with them again

This is a great company to get games for a great price and customer service was great..... Thanks a lot for the service and I will be ordering again.

Player's Choice had the exact cable I was looking for when I was unable to find it anywhere else, which was already exciting.

When I couldn't find an update on the order page for the processing status, David Pugh went out of his way to personally email me the tracking number and update the order status himself. He got back to me quickly and with kindness.

Excellent selection and service!

Excellent products sent quickly! Customer service is also helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Great place, they always are responsive and follow through. Will always come back here. Thanks everyone!

Great store, which has impressive listings of games (including past-gen and retro) for a reasonable price! Can't praise Player's Choice enough!

Ordered the Nintendo Switch 2 from them on April 24
Paid in full.
They contacted me on June 3 saying they can't fill the order. They blamed Nintendo for their lack of planning.
Self proclaimed video game superstore with no contacts at Nintendo? They are still selling on their website. Don't do it.

Took preorders without securing any units. Come on.

Worst game store ever, i payed for an expensive item and they shipped me some trash and wont ship the real item i payed good money for. Would never recommend this scammer business to anyone unless you want to be scammed out of hard working money !!

Absolutely horrible way to handle Switch 2 preorders. You should not take switch preorders if you are “sold out”. On top of that, you should not wait until over a month later to realize it and issue emails saying that orders are “voided”. If you have issues with it being “sold out”, issue emails saying certain orders are delayed and fulfill the order once you receive more stock. What a horrible experience overall with this company.
