He is professional, kind, and a down to earth type of person. His communication was very prompt. He made it very easy for me to get through the loan process.

Randy was great to work with
Randy was great to work with through the entire process. He offered great advice, has creative options when needed, but always wants you to be comfortable with what you are doing so never pushy. He was great at explaining the process and being proactive in communications so we were never left guessing. All around it was a great experience working with Randy. I would highly recommend!

Best experience of buying a house
Jim treats his clients like family and communicates very well. He made sure I understood and was ready to proceed. Jim makes himself available to answer any questions and does not blow you off or make you feel dumb like some other lenders. Iwill be using Jim for all of my real estate needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Consumers Pay for Planets Mistakes…
Planet paid multiple insurance policy's out of my escrow and failed to notify me of their error. Next thing I know my mortgage increased suddenly by over $1000.00 per month. When I asked why and realized it was because of an insurance policy that I knew nothing about I asked for their help in getting the money back, I was told that was up to me to get the funds returned. In the meantime I was expected to pay the extra added to my mortgage until the escrow was back to where it needed to be. Long story short Planet failed to correct this error. I did all the work to get the money back from these insurance companies and Planet charged me late fees and reported late payments to the credit bureaus because I chose to withhold payment until this was cleared up. When it was cleared up I paid immediately. I've never paid late and they know it. For some reason the all mighty Planet cant accept that they made a mistake and correct it. The consumer must take the hit for their error. This is by far the worst mortgage company I have ever had. I've used many in the past.
Be careful with this company.
