Man bekommt keine Antwort auf Nachrichten. Erst nach 10 Nachrichten gab es Mal ne Antwort das man sich drum kümmern würde (beschädigter Artikel) und sich wieder m melden würde, dies ist bis heute nicht passiert auf auf weitere Nachrichten gib es wieder kein antwort.

Un descaro de sitio web. 3 meses de retraso sin ningún tipo de mensaje, sólo confiabamos en que todo fuese bien para recibir la edición Alicia del artbook de Clair Obscur, la queríamos con todo el alma y nos lo vendieron como la panacea para luego cobrarnos unos gastos de envío y no se qué más que acabaron incrementando el precio original un poco sin sentido. Luego nada de contacto con nosotros, mandamos varios mensajes a lo largo de las semanas y nada, ¿para qué? Para que 3 meses después, después de estar esperando aquel día de salida una cola enorme de espera (horas y nervios), hoy recibamos un simple mensaje sin ningún tipo de explicación: "se ha cancelado el pedido". Nada más. Yo creía que la página era de fiar y no hice caso de otras opiniones, tampoco es de extrañar que no te deje poner opiniones en la propia web pero haya tenido que venir con todo el cabreo a ponerla aquí. En resumen: tiene pinta de que no saben gestionar absolutamente nada, la atención al cliente es nula. Si habéis comprado y ha salido bien, enhorabuena, pero ya he visto numerosos malas opiniones sobre gente que literalmente espera años hasta que les cancelan. Me pregunto qué harán con nuestro dinero entre medias del proceso.

C’est bien dommage, car ils produisent de très beaux livres. Mais cet éditeur ne respecte pas vraiment ses clients : des délais non maîtrisés sur les précommandes, une communication floue (à noter que les YouTubeurs, eux, reçoivent toujours leurs précommandes à l’heure…).

Plus les années passent, plus la médiocrité de leur logistique devient navrante.

Wanted to cancel an order and instead of replying to my message, they just sent the order anyways. Then I thought, well okay, not really a problem I guess. Received it and it was damaged due to very bad packing. Not worth to order here..

I waited for two years to receive my items. Up till last December the company at least replied to questions. Now it's just complete silence.

Avoid at all costs.

The product I ordered kept getting delayed for over 2 years since its release and still going. Customer Service were only able to give vague responses at best, and that's when they aren't taking 3 month-long holidays with only an easy to miss Google description even saying why they haven't responded to your query from a month ago. Had to eventually relent and ask for a refund which Customer Service was able to provide. I so badly wanted to support the game developers who work with them, but whoever is running Pix N Love has no clue what they are doing with their customer relations and they should be avoided at all costs.

Multiple games purchased, and came in a very thin bubble mailer. Just unacceptable by any metric.

I pre-ordered SNK vs. Capcom SVC Chaos as a collector’s item and reached out to Pixnlove beforehand to confirm the game would be securely packaged, especially since it was shipping from outside the UK. Although I was assured it would come in premium packaging, the game arrived damaged inside a flimsy bubble wrap envelope. I contacted Pixnlove multiple times about the issue—four emails in total—but never received any response. Now, I’m forced to dispute the charge through Mastercard to try to get a refund. I would caution others when dealing with this company, as their customer support appears nonexistent and reliability questionable.

My package have been shipped to Japan and Japan Post had a problem and send it back to Pix'n'Love. I made a typo on my email address when I registered, but the customer support agent found my correct email to tell me about the situation of my package and reshipped promptly the books.

I received the books they are in good condition and pretty heavy.

Really satisfied about my purchase and Pix'n'Love services.

J'ai acheté 2 jeux chez eux (switch et PS5).

J'ai fait livrer les 2 dans un point relais, la première commande est arivé sans problème, mais la deuxième à été perdu. J'en ai informé et il m'a proposer d'attendre sa réclamation chez mondial relay et m'a dit que d'ici semaine pro s'il ne reçoit pas de nouvelle il m'enverrais un nouveau.

La semaine passe et toujours rien du coup il décide de m'envoyer un nouveau par colissimo avec signature.

Au final le deuxième envoi est bien arrivé à mon bureau de poste. Pour le moment je suis assez satisfait. C'est surtout le SAV qui me réconforte car le vendeur à su me répondre vite et trouver un problème à ma solution.

Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir si d'autres jeux ou livres m'intéresse

Been waiting 6 months for a pre-order that still hasn't been made/shipped out. Do not shop here. I will be getting a refund.

For som ungodly reason they told customs that a 33 euro product is worth 70euros witch means i have to pay 33 euros extra to clear the damn item

J'ai attendu 1 an pour recevoir mon collector de windjammers et en plus il est arrivé abîmé lors de l'assemblage des différents éléments de ce collector. Les covers étaient déchirées, cela étant certainement occasionnés lors de la manipulation dans l'entreprise. Aucun retour ou remboursement n'a été proposé par l'entreprise c'est vraiment dommage car lorsqu'on est client on cherche à obtenir un produit de qualité. Ici ce n'est pas le cas malheureusement.
