They'll take your money but offer no customer service. I received an item which was missing parts, and generally poor quality. When I contacted them about the missing pieces, they denied that there was anything wrong (despite me providing clear photos), and then said that they would only rectify the issue if I 'gave them 5 star reviews'. On this basis, you cant trust any 5 star reviews for this site, because they're clearly just ransoming their customers. Waste of $70.

J'ai était très satisfait du suivis de ma commande.le dialogue a était très facile,et j'ai eu une personne réactive et professionnelle.j'ai confiance dans ce vendeur.

Moteur en kit soit disant, reçu une "chose" que l'on voit mais ne sort pas de l'emballage car visuellement horrible. Ressemble à une bougie à la limite....
Remboursement avec renvoi coûtant presque aussi cher que l'achat (~40€pour46€).
Tentative de communication fermée = abandon....

My previous review on this company was a plain and simple one, and the clue of my concerns were clearly in the heading”No contact details” I have now received a response through trust pilot stating that more information is required on me ie: Name intact telephone number etc so it can be better understood what my concerns are which quite frankly one would have thought were singularly obvious,so it is clear that there is a total lack of comprehension on the part of the company. I am a private individual not a company and have a right to know who I might be potentially dealing with. The posting I saw on line gave no such contact information whatsoever so hence my posting on Trustpilot hope this clears up the otherwise muddled understanding.

Comprei dois shorts BBL, Estava no site que era melhor fazer um pedido de um número maior do que normal mas fui surpreendida com uma costura totalmente desnecessário estragando o design, ainda não consegui achar uma forma de fazer devolução do produto ou troca no site. Podia ser mais fácil

I bought both Pipiverse Quilts blue and later another 4 bedsets of sheets, quilts and pillow cases. After 2 months and 3 machine washes, the quality seems ok. We also bought 2 LED old fashion table lamps that are wonderful. We hade lots of problems with a lousy shipping company (Yun Express) with extremely long shipping time and they dropped our stuff in Spain instead of our destination in Portugal. We had the same problem with another 2 LED table lamps but Pipiverse did a great job to fix a final delivery from Spain to Portugal. Very nice job!! So we will order another amount of bedsets from them. But be aware of very long shipping time. KO, Portugal

Fatal!!! Compre un producto siguiendo la recomendación de sus tallas, tardo muchísimo en llegar pero cuando lo tuve en mis manos era enorme. Lo quise devolver pero me dijeron que lo tenía que mandar a sus almacenes en china y los gas
tos los pagaba yo.
Estuve a punto de denunciarlos pero entonces me dijeron que me devolverian la mitad del dinero pagado y me quedaba con la mercancía, yo acepté, pues de eso han pasado 7 meses y aún estoy esperando que cumplan lo que han dicho.
No compréis en esta página, no lo recomendaría jamás.

Great quality product and was shipped smoothly.

I orderd a Dress, and paid it, but I didnt recieve a confirmation. And the site says that the dress is nog paid for yet.

The product I ordered arrived not as pictured. I ordered “the naughty spirits are dancing” garden decoration “whimsy’s pride”. In no way, shape or form does what I received resemble what I ordered. I am very disappointed in the quality of the item which came in pieces that I probably can’t put together. I am disappointed that it is not as pictured and nowhere as “magical” as it was portrayed in the pictures.

I had a little bit of trouble making the payment (I think my PC was playing up). However, I contacted the seller and they were very patient, friendly and helpful.

This company managed to get me a replacement pot that was broken on receipt.

I received an order for 3 Cannisters with Attitude, they were extremely well packaged, but, one of them had a problem, The service department said they had run out of the particular color and when restocked replaced it.

I ordered three bicycle rack storage units. They are very useful and attractive. Delivery was very fast. I made a mistake on my order which was remedied promptly with no fuss.

The quality of the goods is very good, I haven't bought such high quality goods for a long time, I bought a dress plus 20 LED lights, the merchant also gave me 5 lights for free, I am very thankful for this store, it makes my life better.
