Pinnacle Promotions Arvostelua

The tumblers I bought came quickly and look great. Great customer service.

This year has made it difficult with supply chain issues and more demands deliveries then in the past but thank fully my team of people have pulled through and given me alternatives and kept to the strict timelines they set for us. Our customers will be thrilled with their holiday gifts this year and they showed up ahead of schedule.

Pricey and shipping took weeks. Quality is good but at that cost it should be.

The team at Pinnacle Promotions is always quick to respond, helpful and knowledgeable! It is great to work with this team.

Our rep makes everything super easy and promos always turn out great!

Everything was quick and easy, and my rep, Lindsey, was very responsive.

Excellent service from the first contact I made this year!

You’re customer service has greatly improved to previous years!

Keep it up!

I have previously worked with Pinnacle on other orders before. Always happy with their customer service, keeping me updated along the way, and making any copyright/licensing issues simple (and understandable) to deal with. Will definitely go back to them when I need any other sort of promotional product!

The staff at Pinnacle promotions are highly responsive and they work to give the best experience when ordering from them. I have used their services more than twice!

We ordered hats for our business. We got them delivered as promised on time, and the hats look great. We’re very happy

The VIP Program's discount is marginally less than the discount we have had for our recurring orders which we have extensively ramped up our orders this year by a hefty amount. This is hoping the VIP will give us the much coveted 20% instead of a lower discount with free shipping, it doesn't feel like VIP is better.

The clothing that Pinnacle uses is always the highest of quality. I have always had great luck with the material, and fit of the shirts and pullovers.

The mugs are gorgeous and Nanci Gonzalez did an excellent job following up with me and adjusting things so that they fit our needs! Thanks all!

Nice job, thank you

In my New Hire Kit I received a backpack (among other various swag) and I have to say it's the best backpack I've received from a company in my 20+ years here in the Silicon Valley. I also ordered a jacket which is high quality as well...it just took over a month to be delivered.

Very satisfied.

Wide product selection and very quick turnaround times for rush deliveries! Only criticism was that a few items had slightly imperfect printing (smudges, etc.).

Accurate picture.

Happy with the product.

Sarah Brody was very helpful with the purchasing/designing process.

Thank you,

Ben

We are instating a clear bag policy for in-arena games and bought some promotional clear tote bags to give out at games. They look great and arrived very quickly! Very nice quality.
