Pinnacle Promotions Arvostelua

Worked with a wonderful representative, Caitlyn K. She answered all my questions, and worked hard to ensure I received my order within my short deadline. Product quality is very good.

Getting started is always slower than I expect/hope but even after somewhat predictable once a day responses, they get it done. Maybe I should just "trust the system" more? Nah, timely responses assure the customer so I'll keep hoping. Communication is leadership!

We ordered 24 bags with our company logo. They came in exactly when they said they would and the bags are gorgeous. Staff is raving about them.

Breylin was absolutely a dream to work with! I can't wait to need something else because I know when I order it from Pinnacle and through Breylin, it's going to be fabulous!

My experience has been great for over 13 years however this years experience was that absolute worst. Not everything; however, offering me a price of $700 to turn around 12 T-Shirts and my order being short 40 T-Shirts. Then being given continued excuses instead of far solutions

First time ordering from Pinnacle and it won't be my last. Stephanie was great. Extremely helpful (what a relief), responded to my emails quickly (rare quality) and shipped as promised (happy customer).

Simple, easy process. Jordan is always quick to respond and help initiate my order.

All of my items looked great. Good communication from the person handling my order.

Bridgett we helpful from the moment I reached out on your website via chat! She was thoughtful, prompt and promised on her delivery. The product selection was wide and Bridget was able to narrow it down for me so that it was easy to decide. Looking forward to the next connection!

The customer service level at pinnacle is excellent even when mishaps occur. I appreciate a vendor who is responsive and is engaged during the full order process. Our account exec has been involved from the pitch to invoice which is not found everywhere especially when using online services. Thanks to team pinnacle for being a great partner.

Always prompt and friendly! Tyler provides tons of options

Excellent customer care and prompt shipment. Thank you.

Nice products and excellent customer service. I will definitely order again!

Bridget provided Excelsior level customer service. We are hosting our annual retreat in person for the first time in two years. With this event we wanted memorable branded items to give staff, our SWAG. Bridget's expertise made selecting the items easy.

The quality of the items, perfect. Timely delivery, perfect. Communications from order to delivery, perfect. Overall rating PERFECT!

Thank you All!

Placed 2 orders. One order was 10 days later than promised and did not arrive in time for event it was intended for. The other order did not print the artwork proof that I approved, it was the wrong size.

We used the pop up shop to offer our employees an appreciation gift. There was literally almost zero admin lift for me as Pinnacle handled address collection and distribution for 600+ orders. Huge time saver for my team and employees loved the gift!

Excellent service!! Sarah knew time was of the essence and took the time to help me make sure I could/would receive my product in time for what I needed it for. A++

Great quality and service! Our company ordered 12 quarter zips and 12 t-shirts from Pinnacle Promotions, and they all turned our great. High quality items with great printing work. Curtis was also very helpful throughout the entire ordering process. This will definitely be our first choice when looking for branded clothing next time!

The service I recieved was excellent, and I wish the company lasting success.

Very easy and fast to reorder once set up. My customers and I love the quality of the drawstring bags. My logo and info came out perfect and not smeared or blurry.
