Very easy to make a decision on looking at the cover offered, straight forward to set up and a great competative price. In the unlikely event of a claim I hope the service will be similar.

Beware ! Far too much AI and no personal service

Beware !
They are now entirely internet based and no contact phone number for customer services ! Only for a claim line
I tried to contact customer services ( regarding my upcoming renewal) via email and what a shambles !
I explained 4 times that I would be changing both vehicles on my policy on the renewal date ( next month ) and needed an updated renewal quote
But they kept coming back with generic replies and then asking me to explain how I wanted to alter my protected vehicles ( which I gave them 4 times ) !
In the end I just lost patience and told them not to bother and just let my breakdown policy lapse next month and I will look elsewhere where I am not communicated to by AI !!

I was seeking caravan insurance but it…

I was seeking caravan insurance but it wanted me to complete claims I had made but nothing to do with caravan but of subsidence .
It asked for my occupation I told system I was retired but it wouldn’t let me get past that box and made me complete occupation so I had to make one up in order to continue
