I have been using Pilotposter for posting to my joined facebook groups since none of the other software worked. There was a brief period the software stopped working a few years ago, but they came back with a new very stable posting base and it's been working wonderfully since then. It's the only software that works for posting to joined groups on FB.

i asked for a refund in several times and never got an answer back, do not trust this page. Horrible experience they stole my money.

They are claiming guarantee 7 days refund. I've cancelled service within an hour cause it wasn't good for me. Support ignoring messages and also payment provider request. They are openly scamming, do not buy this at all cost.

False “Risk-Free” Claim – Do NOT Trust This

I signed up and paid for this service, and within 24 hours, I requested a cancellation because it clearly wasn’t what I expected.

Their website says “Try risk-free for 7 days,” but when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. That is not “risk-free”—that is misleading advertising, plain and simple.

I spent days going back and forth with their support team and got nowhere. Just copy-paste responses and zero accountability. They had every opportunity to do the right thing and honor their own claim, but chose not to.

I even escalated the issue through PayPal, and despite clear circumstances, my claim was denied—making this whole experience even worse.

This feels like a trap: they promote “risk-free” to get your payment, but once they have your money, good luck getting it back.

Do not trust the “7-day risk-free” claim. It is not honored. Save your money and avoid this service.

This website is a scam. I paid for a monthly service but never received any service at all. It has been over one month since the payment. I contacted them multiple times requesting a refund, but they never replied and did not refund my money. The website takes payments but does not provide the promised service.

A fraud merchant, previously had a similar software called Pilot Poster, now is NinjaPoster, created by someone named Vinod Rajshakha which only stole people's money with fraudulent software, creating false hopes that you could use their software with a subscription. They do not respond promptly to server issues and then ask to access your computer under the pretext of checking the problems themselves. This is a security breach of the highest level. Do not use this extension; you risk losing your money to unscrupulous individuals who only scam people out of their money. And after you write them a review, they will claim your account is fake.

Just don't pay these scammers.
The app was made just to post in Facebook groups, but when you find out that this is nothing, this is just a scam, you try to contact them and they will answer with,, we know that the app doesn't work anymore, but you can buy our dedicated app for Facebook groups posts, what costs just 19$/month for our customers, normally is 29$/month, but next month will be 49$/month, so don't lose this deal,
If you try to get the money back via your bank, they got an intermediate payment, which will tell you that you have to speak with PilotPoster and they will have to refund.
One thing is that the website writes that you have just a one-time payment, giving you the idea that is lifetime but is just for a year.
Full of s..t this site.

Just don't touch it! You will regret it!

I can echo everything everyone else wrote about this company. Once you have paid, you will receive zero service. I have not even completed the first step in making use of the 49 USD I spent cause I haven't been able to connect my FB account.

The customer care telephone number doesn't seem to exist, and emails to the support team are never answered.
So the question is, how do I get my money back if I cannot reach anyone at the company?

I wanted to ask a question before I bought the software. They never responded to my emails. Anyone know of a program that works. Let me know.

As of March 2022, Pilotposter stopped posting to 90% of the groups I'd selected for whatever reason. I believe because of the Facebook Groups updates. After trying to fix the issue, I signed out and back in only to discover all of my groups were GONE. I tried to re-import, but to no avail. Support has not answered me, and I am left with a broken program. DO NOT BUY.

software does work well once connected but be prepared to keep paying, although this is advertised as a one time payment service they will stop your service and tell you its subscription only when they need some more money

The absolute worst company, do no buy from these. they don't reply when the software does not work

Worst after-sales support ever. Don’t go for it. Total waste of money. They don’t have any kind of support team. Same person will handle everything you will get zero support from them after the final payment

customer service says if u keep getting error 405 contact them two days later still no answer they took my dough quick enough

customer service just doesnt reply to what you have asked if you are lucky enough to be online with them at same time but whens that!!!!

After previously posting a negative posting was I contacted by Pilot Poster Tech Support to assist with my tech problem.
They logged in to my machine via TEAMVIEWER to setup Pilot Poster. I was even given the Pilot Poster Desktop App worth $111 for free.
I must say I am happy with the assistance received. While writing this post Pilot Poster is busy running successfully posting a ad.....
The down side is that Pilot Poster tech support agent was extremely rude and threatening. I will leave it there...
However I can highly recommend the product to be used as social media marketing tool!

This tool should be an integral part of the Facebook experience, because it saves so much time!....I mean social media is all about connecting to the community in the best way possible. With this bot I don't have to sit at my computer all day doing that. I hit the post button on the extension interface and then go do something else.

It works as expected. I've been using it for over 2 years and it does what I want.
