Promised a quote, then nothing.

Contacted Piano Disposal Uk for a quote for disposal of a piano. Sent all the details asked for, including photos of location and ground floor access. Was promised a quotation : "This is just a quick note to confirm we’ve safely received your details. A real human will be tasked with working out your quotation shortly."

Nothing. No further response. Contracted them two weeks later. Still nothing. Six weeks later, I've still not had the promised quotation.

Found another company who quoted same day, turned up on time next day and took it away.

Disappointed. Cannot recommend Piano Disposal UK.

Vastaus yritykseltä Pianoremovals

I believe you have left a review for the wrong company . We are not piano disposal uk. We are piano removals.co.uk.
Piano disposal uk is not our company. We don’t ask for photos for disposal at ground floor and we don’t use a robot to reply to emails.
We always respond to emails personally and send quotes on time .
May I ask that you remove the review and direct it to the company you have the issue with .
We have an excellent reputation and many, many 5 star reviews over our 40 years in business. It’s a shame to spoil this for a 1 star review left on the wrong site.
Thank you

Excellent Service from Gilberts

Excellent service from Gilberts who were friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. They even made sure the piano was dusted down and stable upon arrival as our floor is slightly uneven. Would most definitely use again.

Gilberts piano removals - exactly what it says on the tin

Having tried and failed to get a number of piano removal companies to move my piano upstairs I was losing hope that it was even possible until I contacted Gilbert's. They arranged an appointment within the week, arrived punctually and had the job done perfectly within half an hour. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant! Very professional team- would highly recomment

I was nervous about having my piano moved, especially to a second floor in my new house, but Gilbert's were fantastic. They were quick and left no mess or damage to the property. They clearly knew what they were doing and I was very impressed with how swiftly they did the job. I would recommend the company highly. I am a professional musician and the level of service made all the difference to me. Thank you Gilbert's!
