Avoid this company at all costs. They are not based in UK. Their customer service is appalling.
I ordered 3 items in June. The items arrived and I followed the returns process within 14 days to return one item. The return address is in The Netherlands. I called this company several times and emailed throughout the next 2 months and never received a return call to gain further info to book the courier and complete Customs Info. Finally I received an email on 2nd September which enabled me to return the item that day. It was delivered to the returns dept on 8th September. I have emailed again several times about a refund and been ignored. I finally got a call answered by a woman claiming to be the manager and she has confirmed receipt of the return and refused completely to make a refund stating I have taken too long to return the item. Their policy is 14 days. I have raised a complaint with my credit card provider to claim my £160. The time delay is wholly this companies fault. Their customer service is non existent. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

ordered various items from this company in April, the invoice was received soon after and was paid in full (big mistake). In June still had not received goods so contacted the company, they took my name, order number, telephone number and email address and I was told they would call me back. Did not receive a call back. Have called a further 4 times, each time they took all my details but I am still waiting for someone to have the decency to call me back. I asked for other numbers to contact the sales department direct but was told I am not allowed to have this information. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I ordered BioFreeze from this company about four months ago, and the service was very good. I ordered again on 7 July (order no 26000014113), and still do not have the product (29th July), nor an explanation as to why not. I have now looked at their Trustpilot reviews, and find that they blame Brexit for many problems. Frankly, I think this is disingenuous: there was trade before we became an EU member in 1973, so why should it be problematic now?
I telephoned the company today, and the lady who answered asked for my order number, name, phone number, and email. As I told her, all my details are on the order. She said they would ring me back. I have to say, my expectations are very low. I doubt that I shall ever receive what I have paid for, a 946ml container of BioFreeze.
This company trades using a .co.uk web address. It should emphatically not do so. It not only does not appear to have a UK office now, the phone call clearly went through to the Netherlands. Either it should sort out its delivery problems, or else should cease offering its products in the UK.
This is really unacceptable for a modern company.

Having read the company's reply this morning, I can only say that if I had been offered two 473 ml units instead, I would certainly have said yes. There no such offer from the company, so I can only assume that, to be charitable, they are confusing me with someone else.

Order a knee brace 3 weeks ago, requiring fast delivery, I specifically ordered from this company as it appeared to be a UK Company whereas it appears to be part of FysioParts NL, a Dutch Company with terrible reviews. I required the knee brace for sports competitions having travelled from Australia, after 2 weeks it hadn't arrived, no idea if it had been sent as it was despatched apparently from the Netherlands. Chased up Physioparts, they assured me it was scheduled for delivery within 4 days, another week has passed and still no sign, they now will not respond to emails or three phone calls, where the staff member who answers claims to be unable to deal with my complaint and assures me someone will call me back. Terrible customer service, misleading company, no idea if I will ever receive my order.

Your telephone number seems to be non active. I am trying to chase my order. I have emailed serval times.

First and last time l will use this company. My order as not arrived. Company have failed to answer emails. Opened a paypal dispute and the company have also failed to answer dispute emails. This company will take your money and run and you'll probably end up trying to retrieve it through paypal. One of the worst companies l have had to deal with. Stay well away if your ordering from the United Kingdom.

Excellent customer service. I had a slight issue with the product and it was dealt with quickly and smoothly. Would highly recommend purchasing from this company. Will definitely be going back for more as they are priced very competitively.

Received full refund for the product. Asked for a refund for postage, agreed to the refund but now gone completely silent. Can't get through to customer services anymore. Do not order expensive items from this company. Postage is massive and it'll come out of your own pocket.

Ordered a theragun elite, not realising this is not a UK based company so all orders come from Europe. So delivery was longer than expected. Unfortunately the product wouldn't work, battery won't charge. So now I've got to pay over £45 to return the product. The return process is poor, how about sending it to your UK address.

Placed an order on Wednesday 23rd feb 2022 and fairly quickly received a confirmation of the order placed. Money was taken from my account next day. The order was dispatched out of the warehouse in the Netherlands Wednesday pm and seemed to move confusingly around different DPD locations in Holland and finally went through customs and managed to get to Oldbury DPD HUB 3 in the UK on Thursday pm where it stopped. It cannot be delivered apparently because of a problem with the parcel not having my house number on the parcel and not having the order reference number on it. All of which is nonsense as I phoned and gave it to them after passing all of the security questions asked. Apparently the parcel is going to be returned to PysioParts in Holland.

This company sadly is using a delivery service which is a providing them with a poor delivery service.
PhysioParts however did their part well and gave me a full refund within 24hrs.

Very poor service. Ordered a saddle chair in December 2021, and am still yet to receive it nearly 3 months later. I was told at the time of order it would take 4-5 days. Virtually no communication throughout this period, and have just been informed via email that the order has now been cancelled. I would not recommend using Physioparts

Ordered from them late Sunday evening and my item arrived on Thursday. Good email communication throughout and DPD tracking from Tuesday. Absolutely no problem with their service at all and the item was at a good discount. Would definitely recommend.

I've given them 2 stars as there's still time to rectify the problem and will happily do another review if they do. Ordered product - it didn't say it came from abroad or I wouldn't have ordered it - on 18th. Immediate email saying it would be dispatched in 4-6 days. A lengthy time to dispatch I thought as it said it was in stock. 10 days later nothing. Send email asking for update. Nothing. Phoned and spoke to a lady but she could not help and said she could only pass the details on and someone would be in touch with me. so, let's see.....

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Recieved an email "good news your order is packed" less than an hour later "your order has been cancelled" . We will no keep hold of your money for 10 days. What a con.

I didn't expect too much ordering from here based on the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Although the order took longer to arrive than from somewhere like Amazon, their communication was very good. I was emailed twice the day I ordered to confirm the order and supply an invoice. The next day I was given an e-mail that stated the order was expected to ship within 5 days (as stated on the website when I placed the order). In 5 days I was emailed again to say there had been a slight delay. The next day I got an e-mail saying the order had been shipped along with a DPD tracking code. Finally 1 week later the order arrived. I never once needed to email them. The product itself (powerblock dumbbell stand) was as described and about 50% cheaper than it was being sold by people on E-bay. I would order from them again.

Complete Scam, Item Ordered 23rd of November and still no communication or delivery - Avoid at all costs.

I have emailed them about delivery and am just getting ignored - will now be force to recover funds from my bank.

Shop with them at your own risk.

When emailing through the website it directs to Maycroftcottage.co.uk - you only do this if you have something to hide.

Complete scam. Emailed several times, no response. Taken my money and have not received my order. Wish I could give zero stars. I now see the website has disappeared.

Part of the epidemic of companies that flat out lie about their location. This is NOT a UK based company despite the .co.uk address and London phone number.
