Really easy and fast service
Really easy and fast service! So pleased with the order. Amazing that you do all different size print options and can upload multiple images at once and select all different sizes etc on one menu. Was a little hesitant with the lustre finish as ideally wanted a matte finish but they actually look great and don’t have much of a sheen once they’re up on the wall. Will definitely use this again!

Excellent service and result
I chose Photo Zone because I needed to create a collage poster with multiple photos which I could place and resize as I liked. This was the only one I found - most sites have set apertures which cannot be altered or restrict the number and size of photos. I found the customer service was excellent especially when I had trouble logging in and accessing my project. I did think the Preview was too small to see accurately but was very pleased with the finished result.

Hi Margaret,
Thanks for the compliments about the customer service, we do try and offer the best possible service to all our customers.
As I said to you previously, you were accessing the old version of our site - we have made substantial improvements, including a better preview mode. Hopefully next time you will be able to use the new site.

10/10 customer service
I chose to order from photozone as it was the only company online that I could find that offered next day delivery with a cut off late in the afternoon. I ordered 140+ photos however due to the time it took to upload (which could have been my poor signal/wifi) I missed the cut off by a couple of minutes by the time I had paid, my order confirmation said the delivery now wouldn’t be until after the weekend which I was gutted about as the photos were for a family member following a bereavement. I rang the Solihull branch and spoke to a really kind member of staff who reassured me they will still honour the next day delivery and have it posted same day. The service I received was 10/10. Thank you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review, and we’re very sorry for your loss.
We’re glad the team at Solihull could help get your photos to you on time. We know how much they mattered, and we’re pleased we could get them out the same day for you. Uploading 140+ photos can take a while, so it was no trouble at all to help when the cut-off slipped past.
Thank you for choosing Photo Zone. We hope the photos bring some comfort to you and your family.
Kind regards,
