Een telefoonhoesje besteld en helaas bleek dat na ontvangst ik de verkeerde had besteld dus paste niet op mijn telefoon.
Na contact met de klantenservice om het te retourneren krijg ik een mailtje dat ik kosteloos het hoesje mag houden.

I ordered two different cases. I inadvertently used an incorrect address, contacted customer service, and though the shipment was delayed, I received both cases. Once received, we realized one of the cases was the wrong size. I once again contacted customer service. I received a quick response, and a replacement case is scheduled to ship.

Wij hebben een bestelling geplaats helaas heb ik perongeluk de verkeerde model cover besteld dus bij opnenen paste die niet en bij het checken van de order zag ik dat ik geen ultra model besteld had wat ik wel moest hebben

Contact gehad via mail direct antwoord en hebben gekeken na een oplossing ondanks dat ik zelf een fout gemaakt hebt met bestellen hebben ze aangeboden een nieuwe te sturen de goede model kosteloos en de verkeerde niet terug hoefde te sturen (ook al heb ik er niks aan het is tkch fijn niks terug moet sturen ivm de extra kosten ook)

Ik ben zeer te vrede !!

I’ve ordered a custom case for my iPhone. The case is good quality however there’s a small white line around the design I sent that wasn’t there, though that’s a small issue. I did somehow ended up ordering a case for the wrong phone model but customer service reached out saying they’ll replace it for the right model for free.
Overall quite pleased.

This company is the biggest scam. The cases are extremely.cheap made. Even the phone cases at temu are better than this company's. Don't ever buy from here

My son accidentally ordered the wrong phone case. I reached out via email to see what could be done to fix the issue. I was contacted within 24 hours explaining how I could receive a replacement. While the shipping time took a little bit longer than I would have liked, what arrived was a good quality product.

I ordered 4 cases, 2 for me and 2 for my husband, they weren't even our main phone cases, not even a month into using them lightly and the pictures are peeling off the back. The photos come out blurry on the outside of the case which isn't ideal. The case itself as a drop protect is good! But once these photos peel off, the cases are useless for what I paid for.

Low quality printing and not worth the amount paid.

Would not order again. Would suggest reading reviews if you order.

My case was completly different than pictures, i bought "premium" black TPU case with acrylic plate and own picture, instead i got the cheapest transparent case with sticky picture on back and without acrylic plate, i wrote email about it to customer service, and guy named Mike answered saying that they are sorry and they will send me new case, i said that i want money refund because it was very expensive, after that he stopped answering me.

Excellent service, I would highly recommend using this company.
I ordered a galaxy S9 cover but I should of ordered a galaxy S9 plus, after emailing them I had a quick response and they said they would send me a replacement cover free of charge without sending the old one back.
The cover itself looks great and my son was super happy with it. Just bear in mind that as it’s coming from overseas the wait is a little longer but it’s worth the wait.

Great high quality phone cases. Easy to use website. My phone broke between shopping and recieving items and my new phone was a different model. Contacted the company and got quick response with excellent customer service support. Highly recommend!

Had een super leuk hoestje besteld van Billie Eilish. Kwam op tijd binnen, maar begon na 2 maanden al langzaam te slijten.

Feels very cheap, also waiting for about 2 months and then I receive a low quality phone case where the fit doesn't match and feels unsafe, borders to actually protect doesn't fit, privacy glass that keeps getting airbubbles and doesn't work with fingerprint unlock. Battery with design that came clear (white) without the design wich I chose.
Also way to overpriced for what you get. First and last time buying from them.

Absolutely first class service! I have ordered several cases from these people & the cases are very high quality & work exactly as described & saved my phone being smashed on many occasions!!! The customer service team are always very helpful & friendly & do there upmost to solve any issues that you have, l would thoroughly recommend this company if you want a product to last & be functional. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. I ordered an iPhone 12 case and after finally receiving the shipping information, I had already ordered a new case from a different site for cheaper than what I paid for. Multiple emails were given to them asking to cancel and refund me and I have yet to receive a response. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!
