Jai commandé une coque adidas bleu pour xiaomi redmi 13 le 14 juillet 2026.
J'ai reçu une coque adidas bleu le 30 juillet 2026soit 16 jours plus tard.
Je ne suis pas content le delai de livraison trop long et en plus ce n'ai pas la bonne ref de coque.
Pour ma 1ere commande sur ce site grande déception

Coque de bonne qualité.
Service client rapide. Mauvaise commande de référence de coque, proposition échange gratuit.

If you want a new case for your phone I can’t recommend this site highly enough! They have a huge range featuring just about everything you can think of & probably won’t find elsewhere - I haven’t seen the case I ordered anywhere else! The cases are well made & feel like they will last. They cater for just about every phone on the market in various styles (slim, reinforced corners etc) & customer service is excellent if you have a problem. After receiving my case I found I had ordered the wrong one! They responded to my query about swapping for the correct case quickly & arranged for a replacement without any problem. Great experience buying from them & won’t hesitate to use them again when I need a phone case in the future!

Ordered a case, still waiting for a response on a return

Ordered an FC Porto phone case for my iPhone 14 (Order #226688051996). Delivery was fine, but I wasn't happy with the quality once it arrived, so I requested a return under their own "change your mind" policy - 30 days, free returns, clearly stated on their site.

That was on 17th July. I followed up the next day asking if I could send it back for a replacement instead. Then again on the 21st. Still no response to any of the three emails.

For a company that advertises free, easy returns, actually getting one authorised seems impossible if nobody replies. I'll update this review if that changes, but right now I can't recommend ordering unless you're confident you'll want to keep whatever arrives.

Voor verzending geef ik ze een 5 en voor antwoorden tijdens het verzenden ook maar vanaf ik mijn artikels heb ontvangen en ik heb klacht erover negeren ze mijn mails volledig. Kwaliteit hoesjes echt geen 20 euro stuk waard. Ali express kwaliteit. Ik hoop nog reactie te kijken.

I like the item and how cool it was I thought it wouldn't match the thing I ordered but it was batter then I expected I really like the design and the best things is that you can choose your own style and even your pictures and very affordable for item you can choose your case

Incredible service and the best quality!

2 weeks later... no sign of nothing. I should have realised when the bank stopped the payment and froze my card until i suthorised them to proceed. Funnily enough the payment was marked as MOONYBLUE.com... look up their Trustpilot score. Tracking is virtually non-existant. Just stick to amazon or stores closer to home.
Who knows though... maybe it will arrive in a few months like others have claimed.

Edit: Just arrived today after posting the review so im upgrading to 4 starts. Dropping 1 star as there was no clear indication as to when it would arrive..
