Der Kundenservice ist hervorragend. Es wurde sich direkt um mein Problem gekümmert. So ein Service habe ich noch nie irgendwo erlebt. Ich kann es nur loben!

I got the wrong phone cover, but I was offered a free replacement. I really appreciate it!
Thanks so much!

Phone case centre absolutely fantastic, I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case (my fault entirely) but their customer service response was fast and clear on sending the right replacement. Phone case itself is fantastic good quality item with fast shipping. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five star rating from me!

They are very accommodating and very nice

I made a mistake with the model of my phone and ordered 2 cases which when they came, they did not fit. Within 4 hrs of getting onto Phone Case, it was organise that replacements would be sent free of charge. What amazing customer service, the best I have come across.

I ordered a wrong case for my son's phone, the dealer offered to send a new one free of charge.

This company is outstanding and goes above and beyond to help their customers. They respond quickly and do whatever they can to help. There’s a valuable lesson to be learned from them and I believe other companies need to learn from them. I would highly recommend them for anyone.

Absolutely love my experience with Phone Case Center! The quality is amazing - truly the best quality on the market!! The 4 cases I bought look and feel PERFECT! Their customer service was fantastic. I spoke to Milky over email and she was so nice and helpful. Everything was easy and hassle-free, and I’m really happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend Phone Case Center to anyone looking for a great phone case! I rate them 10/10 😊📱

Après la commande de la mauvaise dimension, le service client est très réactif et me propose de me renvoyer la bonne coque sans frais. Super

I have bought the wrong case on my own fault and than the phonecasecenter replaced the case for free. Absolute perfect

Accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case and it was super easy to get ahold of someone to get the correct one! Absolutely obsessed with the phone case though!

The quality is great and so is the Service. Quick delivery and if you write an e mail, you get an answer right away.
We love the phonecase we bought, will not be the last one.

Purtroppo a un mese dalla consegna e relativo utilizzo la cover sta perdendo i pezzi (avevo fatto personalizzare ed era un regalo). Pessima figuraccia. Mai più . Acquistata il 23/07. Ricevuta il 07/08.

Wonderful customer service.

The Phone Case Center’s customer service was amazing. The case itself was very good quality. My son was so excited to get the case he ordered.
