Absolute garbage pharmacy 4u online heathera.

My perscriptions are being declined on a regular basis.
I phone up and i never get through to a human being as it says they aren't available.
Very rarely are my emails answered.
One thing i can't stand is ignorant people.
I am constantly bugged with emails and texts telling me to place my order , this leads to myself becoming confused so i had to block notifications from this company via their app.
This company are pests who just don't seem to care about their customers.
I am seriously thinking of changing to lloyds .

I brought 2 boxes off mepore Adhesive Plasters. My Credit card got charged twice , on my account there is clearly only showed one order . I rang several times , when I did finally speak to someone I was told they would arrange for Royal Mail to pick them up . Next thing I received a email stating I was to return them at my expensive which I am afraid I will not be doing . This is clearly Pharmacy 4u fault so why should I cover the return postage to get a refund . I am very disappointed because there prices was really good but when things go wrong they need to improve there customer service . I will not be using again because off there lack of understanding.and trying to put things right .Three Days after promising a return label and a refund off the first order there has been no contact from Pharmacy 4u even after sendimg multiple emails which means i am stuck with the second order which I really do not want . Not even a offer off the 2nd postage back .

Just go back to the old way this is killin

Poor service from start to finish

Took over 24 hours to refuse a medication then gave no explanation at all. Got a text saying I needed to supply further information, then within a minute another text to say my request had been denied. Will go elsewhere to spend my £££.

Order something in the process of leaving the adress my door number didn’t show realise that after I pay nothing to allow me to leave a correction soo no delivery but ask to pay again if I wanted they did have my phone number but Royal Mail is as bad they did have the telephone on the adress too

Sent money with order and told goods would be 48 hours. Can’t contact by phone and referred to faqs. Scam.

This company should be abolished, prescriptions constantly late which has affected my diagnosed condition. Pharmacists taking it upon themselves to override G.P's script approvals, without the customer being informed other than an email I never recieved. Yet they dispute. The complaints manager is about as much use as a chocolate teapot, with no empathy for your situation.
Don't touch this service with a rusty barge pole

Horrible service after coming from Lloyds! I have had an order placed without my consent. Customer service is absolutely nonexistent!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS- hold your money for a week, then no communication, then say they can’t supply and keep your postage costs . AVOID AT ALL COSTS. REPORTED TO GMC AND WATCHDOG NOW

On top of that they didn't return all the money they charge you for the service they cant provide prices are double and they are bunch of lairs ! "We have been waiting this to arrive as we had run short and the portal, we buy from is linked directly to the manufacturers, but they just don’t seem to delivery this and I know there is major UK wide shortages but as we are connected to the major buying portals, we generally get access to stock more than anyone else. I can only suggest maybe give another 10 days" charged me 5 for not having stock !!!

Received only half of what I ordered and paid for in advance. All attempts at communicating with them to the so called 24/7 available website have met with a blank

Sent payment for preorder for march got fed of up being told lie upon lie as to when it would be sent out and website even said they we could order and have the following day. Insisted on refund

Firstly they give you a encyclopaedia of medicines to chose from - I just want what we've always had and yet I feel I have to be a doctor to work out what precisely I need. Takes for ever to get the medicine - if indeed you do get it. Constant emails asking me to order medicine - ffs - go away I'll order when I need it. Apparently they tried to contact me (never got anything) and the next thing - order is cancelled and so is my account. Spent 30 minutes on some live chat waiting to talk to someone - poor customer service - didn't give a damn - my fault apparently as I didn't respond. Cancelled my account - quicker and easier to go into the pharmacy. Would tell everyone to be wary - it is not the wonderful service they profess to be in my personal experience.

Order placed and email received confirming item was ready to be checked & sent. 3 days later and still waiting to be checked. Tried to phone gave up after 10 mins. Tried to set up a call back only to be abruptly cut off while setting this up. Tried online chat and 40 in queue. I am now 37 after 20 mins. Not good enough.
Just received email from CEO confirming they have a customer rating of 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot. This must be a different site to the one I am using as this Trustpilot site shows 73% give a 1 star rating!

Lots of negative reviews - surprising. I have ordered multiple times from them. Never a problem. Always quick delivery.

Was a customer for over a year without a problem, then you took payment for an order, didn't deliver, and won't respond to my messages via live chat or email. Order 51065

i am still waiting for the goods I paid for last August , if you want to to stop posting 1 star reviews you know what to do Pharmacy 4U , your ref 3731 , do the right thing and give me what you took my money for . I will never stop until you come you send me the goods , refund me or go out of business
