POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was speaking to customer service for advice on a second purchase and honestly it was like speaking with a teenager.
I asked for advice on a shoulder strap and was sent a link for a backpack strap, when I explained the error they replied “well don’t buy it then”
SO RUDE, I will not purchase from this company again

Reached out to customer service to initiate a return within the timeframe allowed by the policy.

Customer service took over a week to provide me with information. I had to email several times to get an answer that addressed my concern.

Ultimately, they told me “you will need to pay for a very expensive shipping fee, which is not cost-effective for you” and said they would offer me a $30 refund (on a $120) product and told me to keep the product.

If you want to buy from this company, buy from their Amazon storefront to avoid the poor customer service.

The company boasts a talented team creating innovative and well-designed products. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The most frustrating aspect is that the representatives often struggle to comprehend written messages or, worse, choose to ignore them altogether.

PGYTECH was very responsive and sought to solve the issue.

I love their products and service. brought several bags from them they're all good quality and really durable. however, I bought the OneGo Air less than a year and the outer surface starts tearing. contacted customer service and they replaced me a new one. satisfied.

Customer service does not answer any questions. Delivery time is inaccurate. Rubbish!

Bought heated winter photo gloves. The heating side failed, though the gloves themselves without the heating elements are really quite good. And they are still potentially usable given they have a separate pocket for chemical handwarmers. After a bit of discussion pgytech have refunded me so all good.

I ordered a camera bag directly from the company's website because they offered discounts that Amazon and B&H Photo were not offering. The bag shipped free and the return policy was 60 day no question asked per the website. The bag arrived quickly, but our equipment did not fit in it well and it was much bulkier than what we were looking for. I emailed the customer support line requesting a refund as per the policy on the website. Their first email told me I should just keep the bag. I told them no - that I wanted to return it and get a full refund. Their second email was offering me a refund of $30! The bag cost $164! I told them that this was unacceptable and immediately began dispute proceedings with PayPal and the Better Business Bureau. Only then did they tell me I could send the bag back. Of course, I had to pay for the shipping which was $27. I am not waiting for the bag to arrive to see if I will get a full refund. This has been a huge hassle. You'd think the company would at least pay return shipping for the inconvenience of going back and forth over this. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered online, never sent an order confirmation with an order number and line items for my order. Charged my credit card in full for all items when they weren’t going to ship till one month later, customer support ignores requests for information, gives you the run around and then refuses to refund the full amount. They don’t understand or speak English. Don’t buy from these people unless you want to spend weeks only getting partial resolution to a problem.

I have bought a camera clip (PGYTECH Beetle) It was a nice clip and I took it for my trips many times. However, after 6 months of using the plastic around the metal pin got broken while opening the latch and now I don’t trust it with my camera. I contacted about this issue with the customer support, they said that they are going to direct me to the amazon customer support and nobody has messaged me since. It has been a week and I am afraid this product will go to graveyard.

Edit: They have replaced it with a new one without charges. A little bit late but nice customer support.

I purchased the OneMo 2 on the original Website. The shipping was fast with Amazon Germany. No Fees oder custom duties.

The Support responded to me within minutes and helped me straight away.

The quality looks very promising. I directly ordered some accesories like the Wrist Strap and Beetle Clip. (also sent directly from Amazon Germany)

More than a month after placing and paying for an order direct from the company, i am yet to receive my order, i have contacted them multiple times to no avail, no resolution or refund even after I have asked. I am still out of pocket as at time of writing 1 month later.
Stay away from the company.

I have found the camera backpack on Kickstarter and several months later I found their website，I have been waiting for such versatile DSLR camera backpack for a long time ，and also the price is resonable， it ha several compartments，and a pouch which can drag out， nice work ！Pgytech ！

I have tons of pgytech accessories ， and I have keeping eye on its progress, you think it may not do this or that , but it always give you surprise, good quality , nice look , all things are perfect
