Online is utterly hopeless, and too much like hard work. Difficulty in contacting them, (two separate companies?? Petworld.ie and Petworld direct? Phone on the online link is obsolete.
Petworld.ie is who I am writing about!
The food that was to be sent automatically, no reference no tracking, 10 days ago, still has not arrived, and I am still no wiser.
I cancelled the account which is apparently where all the info was stored, and am waiting for them to track it down, the only info I have is that payment was taken from my bank account.
Further just now, I was emailed an order number, and a tracking number but no link or even info about the courier company!
Utterly hopeless.
The store in Galway is very good, the staff are super friendly but leave on line, it’s too hard.

Odered stuff for my pets for Christmas the item was delivered and left outside that anyone could see so basically it either wasn't delivered or someone took the order .got onto petworld and basically no comeback what's so ever
So im out of pocket over this

A lack of knowledge and real lack of compassion or caring shown by the Petworld Castlebar team to humans and animals alike. Will never set foot in the place again and as a previous longstanding customer of Horkans, I consider the attitude of companies they have on their site, a reflection of them also.
