They really helped me with getting the info about my missing cat out there, helped with Posters and advice on what to do including alternative contact telephone number to avoid getting crank phone calls

I found a kitten and had no way of finding out whether it was abandoned or had strayed.

Through this system I was contacted through the protected number by one of their volunteers. She liased with the people who had found Min and I got her back. It worked and I am so grateful. Thank you so much.

Even though we didn’t get our cat back through this site, I would still definitely recommend them to anyone who has lost a pet. The prices are reasonable, you get a link for free posters and your phone number is kept protected. We did actually have a couple of sightings of our cat reported through here, but eventually got him back through word of mouth and kind neighbours. I have been really impressed with Pets Reunited and would use them again.

Sister lost her kitten. Signed up in a panic to Pets Reunited. Spent valuable time putting info in. Get to the end of the process and they try to charge me loads of of money. Shameful.

Pets Reunited offers a great free service, where you can register a lost or found pet. They contact all the local vets, shelters and volunteers in the area to save you a job, which I think is super helpful, especially at a time which could be very traumatic if you've lost your pet.
I was lucky enough to find a pet, and was later able to adopt it, safe in the knowledge that the original owners had every opportunity to contact me but never did. Thank you Pets Reunited for your all your help x

Very helpful resource for ensuring all relevant agencies are informed and for the number protection system and provision of ready-to print posters and flyers. Also helped to have professional and attention grabbing posters and flyers pre-formatted for us. Took a star away only because we were called by a scammer through the Pets Reunited number. This isn't Pets Reunited's fault, but we have no way of tracing the scammer to make a report as there are no details gathered of callers. It would also be good if the posters could be more easily amended.

We got our pet back though, after 3 weeks, partly helped by Pet Reunited's eye-catching poster, which someone had seen and then spotted our pet and contacted us :-)

Pets Reunited have been brilliant. After registering a stray cat with them, they provided posters to be printed and were very helpful with my query. Anyone who's has lost or found a pet, please register them with Pets Reunited and help pets to return home.

Good peace of mind, but a bit pricey and attracts scammers.

I’m glad this service exists for the peace of mind, and it is great for checking on other missing local cats.

A big positive is that they mask your phone number to protect your privacy. However, offering a public reward immediately attracted two scammers who called me. They used local area information to make the scam believable, which was extremely distressing. I highly recommend keeping rewards private to avoid this.

Otherwise, the service is a bit expensive. The system wouldn't let me download the free posters and kept showing the full price, you have to print everything yourself, and it is very similar to Identibase.

The cheaper plan is better value, but I’m just thankful my cat came home safely on her own!

From the first point of contact there was a real sense of professionalism and urgency which was so reassuring. The site was exceptionally easy to navigate and a poster was sent over to me remarkably quickly. I would like to say thank you and to recommend you with no hesitation whatsoever. It was worth every penny ❤️

Registered 1 of our cats lost she returned after 6 days thankfully ok. It was good to be able to get her details out in case some one has seen her and between pets reunited, local lost animals and putting flyers out it was surprising how many people had seen her but not unfortunately the day she got lost but she returned safe and sound.
