PetLink Arvostelua

I have 3 different gps trackers on my dogs. Although I like Petlink better than Fi, it's still not as good as Tractive. The battery does not last as long. What I do like is the velcro band for attaching to the collar (but my dogs are short haired -- I don't know how it would do on a fluffy dog whose fur would get caught. I've had this gps for about a month, and it has given me 1 false notification stating that my dog had left and he had not. I get them quite often with Fi.

My cat Dar wears AirTag but loses her collar a lot. In the past she always came home after a few days. I could always see where she was. Dar hadn't returned in over a week and I realized her tag had not moved for 2 days. I realized I could not find her that her collar was off. I was so upset that I didn't know where she was or if she was hurt. I was just getting ready to post about her on line when I received an email from PetLink that a person had found Dar. They provided me with the name, phone number and email. I made the connect and have my baby back. They also followed up with email to make sure I was reconnected with Dar. This is a fabulous service. If not for PetLink the person finding my cat would never have found me or me her. I would never have a cat without it

When my Cat went missing, I did get a email and message about the rescue place that found my Cat and scanned the chip - so they are legitimate

I really love that I can keep track of Amira wherever she and I go. It’s a blessing to be able to keep an eye on her when she goes outside to play. Unfortunately, during one of our trips, I lost the charger and probably left it at a hotel. I was easily able to reach out and find a replacement. Service was great.

It was fast and easy. this is the second time I have ordered this type of collars. I love the flat tag that is slid on to the collar no hanging tags prevents accidents.

My shipment was promptly sent and CORRECT! Easy to order and right on time.

They have always been professional, courteous and responsive to any communications I have had with them.

The website was user friendly and enabled me to locate the item I was looking for and purchase it.

I saw a T-shirt that I really liked and needed to order it by a specific date in order to get it by Father's Day. It arrived on time and looks good. I look forward to wearing it around town.

The tags we have ordered from them are of the highest quality. The printing lasts forever which doesn’t happen on all tags. The glitter is just an added bonus. :) Love them!

Really cute and nicely made

I was told by my vet there was no fee beyond the cost of the microchip for registering my dog, but the AI loop that masqueraded as "help" made finding that impossible.

Update: despite the appearance that PetLink has reached out to help, in fact without paying the fees, there is no way to register. Go with a different company.

very easy website to you. Fast delivery

When you need replacement tags, it's best to go to the original source.

Great product

Easy to navigate and use especially if you already have an account. Also, great products and prices.

I had a concern that I couldn't resolve online. I emailed them and they fixed it in a couple of hours. Very grateful for their help. Thank you.
