I ordered the large game for $59 and they sent me the smaller version. I contacted them and they promised to send me the game I paid for in July. Well its September and they are not responding to my emails. I got a single response in July from someone called Bianca stating they would send me the correct game expeditiously. They have not sent it and they refuse to refund me. I am getting my bank involved so they can go after them for theft and fraud. I have all the emails to prove that this company stole my money and never sent my game.

I ordered 2 giant stackable games from them. it took 2 months to receive, and when I received it, they were the very small games! I paid over 100.00 for games that only cost 19.00 each! They will not refund my money or send shipping for me to return them. They have broken off all contact with me. They are scammers, please do not buy anything from them!!!

I ordered 2 jumbo stacks at 59.99 each and received the small version at 39.99 each. Contact them no response. Worst company scam

I ordered a giant stacking game on July 11, 2026 from a social media site. I had NO idea that the company was overseas. After waiting approximately a week and a half for a tracking number, I had to call to get it. The event that I purchased it for had passed. I asked for a refund instead and was told that it had already shipped. I received the item on July 2, 2026. It was the smaller version of the original item I purchased. Customer service number does not work, and contact us page does not work. I emailed and asked for directions on returning and they offered me a small percentage of a refund and told me I could keep the item. I declined. I have been getting the runaround since. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
