Last year I bought three tubes of the eye tightened by mistake (£48!!) I noticed that although the packaging looked the same as advertised, the PTR name was not on it. I have obviously been scammed as the cream does absolutely nothing at all.
Now when I see the PTR ads I am scared to order again in case the same thing happens.
Had anyone had good results with the genuine product or have we all been scammed!

Peter Thomas Roth has wonderful customer service. Even after a shipping issue (no fault of theirs), they were able to accommodate me and were very friendly and efficient at solving my problem.

Not very good at all. Yes it does tighten slightly but then leaves lots of tiny white specs all over where you've applied it and its so hard to get rid of them, they're just stuck to your face! Definitely NOT worth the money and not a miracle worker.

If there was a 0 score it would get that, this product did absolutely nothing at all and I am willing to video it to show it does absolutely nothing thats how rubbish it is. Total waste of money how people can get away with taking your money for fake videos is beyond me.

Ik heb de firmxeye tightener gekocht maar wat een deceptie alleen maar witte korrels en je moet het er met een lotion afhalen want die korreltjes krijg je anders niet weg.

It worked amazing under my eyes. I kept looking in the mirror. It did leave a bit of white residue, but I rushed the application and probably used too much.

I was totally taken in by the fake advertising and could not believe the lack of results. I have the instant firm temporary face tightener. What a disappointment, shouldn’t be allowed to advertise in such a way, it’s a con.

Ik was op zoek naar een oogcreme voor mijn wallen ( werk veel nachtdiensten) en ik ben echt zo verbaast hoe goed deze creme al meteen werkt, het is echt absurd.Je staat erbij en kijkt er naar . Ik heb regelmatig van die vochtzakjes die dan leuk op je jukbeenderen zo'n beetje hangen, vooral in de ochtend ,en met deze creme zie je het enorm verminderen . Het trekt gewoon weg. Ok de huid voelt strak maar dat heb ik er wel voor over. Voor mij geen andere oogcreme meer. Deze hou ik erin. Heel blij hiermee

What went wrong, the product DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. How can this company improve, STOP WITH THE FALSE ADVERTISING. Seriously they are taking our money under false pretences. There really should be some course of action that the buyer can take to stop them ripping people off. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Bought the FirmX version for eye bags. It made no difference whatsoever, despite all the promotional videos which claim otherwise. Do not be taken in - it doesn't work as advertised.

This product is a scam. It was used on me by a professional facial clinic and still showed up with peeling edges and flaking off my skin at the slightest touch. It is impossible to use any make up with it or it beads up, the effects are stinging and uncomfortable tightening that itch immediately. I made the beautician wash it off. She reapplied with a brush and the results were the same if not worse. The stinging and burning lasted 20 minutes. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! And Harm your face!!

I’m wondering if I brought a dodgy knock off version as I got nothing . Not even the residue after effects everyone else got . Really dissatisfied

what a scam. the bottle don't even come with Peter Thomas Roth name on it as shown on the advertisement, it reads temporary eye tightener. don't work ughhh
