In what was a really sad and stressful time, this service and the staff I spoke to were amazing, sympathetic and supportive.

At an awful time, Pet Cremations really helped to make things that little bit less painful - they were efficient and clear, their online platforms are transparent and user-friendly, all communications were sensitive and sympathetic. My cat's ashes were returned to me with dignity, and all materials and mementos provided were well-made and respectful. Thank you for your outstanding support and service, it has been greatly appreciated.

Great service at a very difficult time. They picked up our beautiful cat and after he was cremated his ashes were sent back to us in a beautiful box along with some of his fur and his paw print.

They went above and beyond ,fantastic people , from the driver who collected him , until he was safely back home .
Cannot thank them enough , they made a traumatic experience much easier to cope with .

From the day I contacted Pet Cremation it was brilliant. They collected my cat from the vets had him cremated and brought his ashes back to me as promised. It was stress free, no chasing them. It was so smooth and no hassle
I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I would use them again if anything happens to my other cats. Also cost wise was very reasonable

With a lot of thought we decided to use pet cremation to cremate out beloved cat, there was a few problems with booking but they called and sorted everything out on the phone smoothly. The day they collected our cat they were professional and polite with how they handled him, we felt much reassurance with them taking care of our cat. We finally received our beloved ashes today and the packaging and effort they put into it was heartwarming, we received the pouch with his ashes, a certificate, his inked paw print and a vial of his fur. It's clear they made sure everything was perfectly organised in his box and it made it all emotional opening it up. This was the best decision I made and we've made him his very own shelf with many personalised items. RIP to our beloved smokey and thank you to pet cremation for all they've done for us. ❤️

Was blown away with my baby being returned, they added a little glass jar full of fur and a paw print on a card. Could never go through that again so no more dogs for me but I certainly recommend. Thank you so much x

Came to pick my sweet boy up same day and hes came back a few weeks later in a nice box with his hair and a footpring i was only expecting the ashes all handwritten aswel the cards and everything.i miss him loads and would rather he be here but i greatly appreciate you thank you ♥️

Experience from start to finish was very professional and caring. We started a quote at 6am and someone called us within the hour to speak to us and tell us the process. Our beautiful Poppy was picked up from our home a few hours later and the gentleman told us an approximate time and they was there at this time. A link is sent to you where you can track the process. When the ashes were returned I was truly surprised and emotional! The box was absolutely beautiful, it had a lovely card, name engraved on top. It also came with a little bottle of my dogs fur and a little yurn keyring to keep some ashes inside. The presentation was just beautiful. Honestly I was a little skeptical by not going through my vet but as it happened in early hours and at home we decided to go direct with pet cremation instead and it was an amazing service from start to finish and I was so happy with how my beloved dog was returned to me with such care and thought. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Really happy with the service, my poor bunny passed away suddenly, he was collected the next day and returned just over a week later. The box is lovely and they even saved some of his fluff in a small bottle, which was really thoughtful.

I contacted pet cremation not long after loosing our beloved cat. There response was very fast and when I could talk to them they were so understanding and caring. They arranged for branch to be collected for his cremation😔
So professional and caring from the first point of contact! Today we received Branches ashes and so perfectly cared for and presented so lovely

Fantastic! Bit of a rocky start sorting out a prepayment plan but got there in the end. Customer service were really helpful, they collected my beautiful girl from the vets for me and cremated and returned by courier to my house in a lovely wooden box with her name on! She was a really big girl at 51kg so I thank you for taking care of my big beautiful girl, means the world to me.

The whole experience was respectful and compassionate. Zeus was treated with care and I was updated every step. The engraved urn, fur and paw print are beautiful. Thank you for the amazing service.

We lost our beautiful toby suddenly, pet cremation were amazing start to finish, from the first phonecalls to the updates in between and to the final stage with Toby being bought back to us. The way he was bought back was beautiful, the box, presentation, sentiment everything . Would highly reccomend
