Avoid this online company!!! We was only doing an online test the report cost only 1.45 to find just a few days later more payments taken for 29.95 and 39.95, told by them I choose the AI and also there's saying I agreed to this.
Definitely not trying to resolve with customer services, saying it's all in the terms and conditions, 14 day refund only if don't access the site???
This is a scam. They said they were charging £1.50 for a personality test and I made the huge mistake of inputting card details. A few days later, they charged me £39.99 for a subscription. I forgot to mention, they never sent the test results either. When I emailed them, they said they could not refund me as I hadn't cancelled the subscription - which I didn't make in the first place. I learnt the v important lesson of not inputting card details on line. Stay away from these scammers!

You got automatically an subscription without knowing it and you cant get any money back. I feel scammed and i suggest that no one ever do something on this site

An absolute disgrace of a complete con.
As with others reviewers on this site, I bought a test advertised for €1.45. I received two charges to my account of a total of €79.90!!!
They have the subscription box ticked on the checkout page so you end up being tricked into an involuntary subscription you didn't want. It's a complete con. The customer service email response is an AI bot so you may as well talk to the wall.
I'm going to make as many complaints as possible to the relevant authorities about this company, I suggest everyone else does the same.

I only intended to purchase a single report for €1.95. At no point did I realise I was signing up for a recurring subscription, and the confirmation email I received makes no clear mention of an upcoming $57 charge. The subscription terms were not sufficiently visible, and I never received a confirmation or reminder that I had enrolled in a recurring plan.
I was very surprised to discover the $57 charge on my account. In my opinion, the subscription is presented in a way that is easy to overlook, and the checkout process should be much clearer about recurring billing.
It’s definitely a scam.
