Order facial products on free gifts
Order facial products & then you get one of the free gifts of a water bottle. WHAT.. People want free gifts they can use on their face to see if they like the product. Im incredibly impressed with Perricone MD skincare products! The Cold Plasma neck and declote cream is very effective, however the smell is not wonderful, not horrible either, but a little more clinical in fragrance, to me. However all the other products I’ve tried for the last 3 to 4 months are amazingly efficient and effective at improving my skin texture and it’s evenness as well as its overall appearance! The fragrance is mild and fresh! Fantastic products overall! Get the bundle, it’s the best deal! Happy moisturizing!🥰

Need to clarify sale items better
I’ve been purchasing items form Perricone for years, I really wish they would clarify their sale items in emails. The email will state “everything is 30% off” but it clearly isn’t, only certain items and you usually find this out when you use a discount code in your cart that is invalid.

I am a true fan of pericone especially the hand crème I just ordered a subscription to get every three months for 30% off purchase price. I thought I’d get free shipping but I did not. Also it’s showing that my subscription is for the full price $34 rather than the 30% off price of $22.

Don’t order online
The product is good. The online shopping isn’t. They don’t give an option to delay a delivery. You can’t delay when ordering or call into customer service. The customer service is a joke. They just repeat themselves after each question. I think I’ll just have to pay full price and go to Ulta or find another product altogether. The online is too much of a headache. I just placed an order since it is a Fourth of July sale and can’t delay shipping by 3 days.
