The merchandise is junk. Period. I ordered a few items last year that I ended up giving to charity. I recently gave them another shot, bought 3 tee shirts and a pair of shorts. I’m 5’5” 115 pounds, got medium in all 3 shirts. Two were of the stiffest most uncomfortable fabric I’ve ever felt. Was also an inch shorter than what the description says. Very tight and all over unattractive and cheap. Sold for $75 each. The third shirt was stretchy pilled fabric also an inch shorter than the product description. Also incredibly cheap looking, sold for $81. I did keep the terry shorts but they’re cheap fabric, at least they fit. They charge for returns when you place your order. I tried to do an online exchange. Had to do item by item, they ask why I want to return, when my reason was put in they asked for more details then instead of letting me just return they take me to the item page so I can pick out a larger size. Impossible. I did call customer service and someone got on the line immediately and sent return label. Stay away. They don’t allow product reviews online, this is why. It’s all junk.

Best tee-shirts ever. I wear tee-shirts most days because I live in exceedingly casual N California where we have to layer regardless of the season. These are excellent quality, and come in various weights, colors and styles. They go with everything. Good sweats, too.

This is a scam company. I ordered $250 worth of items. Received no receipt. The order history on their app shows one cancelled transaction, however I was charged twice. No customer service whatsoever.

Although I really liked the product, the customer service is non-existent. I needed to exchange product. But, when I went to the website, there was no record of my order or tracking number. I emailed and called customer service numerous times with no response. The products are not cheap and I could not get any response whatsoever! I would not trust this company again.

Their customer service seems nonexistent. I have called and texted multiple times over 5 days, with no response. Their phone number goes to voicemail mail every time.

I recently ordered several Ziggy tops on the Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions.
Customers should note- if you buy a sale item and try to return it, they make it extremely difficult, and you will NEVER receive a refund.
You must call customer service and ask a rep how to do it. And, you will pay a premium for return shipping. They mail your item to you via the slowest USPS service, but you will pay for UPS service to return it. They offer you store credit only, unless you want to purchase on the spot or do an even exchange.
I try to purchase from them when they are running a promotion, because their full price items are quite expensive. They charge over the top prices and offer basement level customer service.
PSA- Think before you buy, and take the time to understand their return policies beforehand.

customer service is a zero. None of their phone numbers work and they make returns close to impossible. They really want you to exchange and not return.

Really disappointed in this brand. Placed an order over two weeks ago, they sent me the wrong product, finally apologised after I chased countless times. Said they were going to send a replacement but nothing has arrived and no communication. Why is customer service so unimportant to some brands. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them

First purchase from this company of several items for an island vacation. Bank account drafted immediately. Several days later, received claiming "we received your request for a refund, and should expect a response within 7-10 business days". I did not request and refund, nor does it appear that the order shipped. I have tried emailing and calling the company without a response for nearly a week. Their voicemail is full and one cannot either speak to a person or leave a message. Email goes unanswered.
