Perfect Corset NY Clothing Arvostelua 

A very negative shopping experience. I ordered 6 corsets in size M, based on the provided measurements. The corsets do not match the sizing — the ones I received are small, at best a size S. One of them was defective. To exchange all 6 corsets, I was asked to pay an additional $200. I then received a new order in size L, but for some reason, the cup sizes in L are only C-D or D-E. There are simply no B cup options, and the sleeves are only available in XL for some reason. As a result, 2 of these corsets did not fit either. One of the corsets in the second order was again defective, and I was asked to pay another $40 to exchange it. The website claims there is a return policy, but in reality, there isn’t — you only get 20% of the actual cost back for any returned corsets. I strongly do not recommend this seller!!!

I never received my corsets, 3 months late,r and they are still sending me bogus tracking information screenshots. Thankfully, I was paid via PayPal to get my money back. Customer Service is very bad. DO NOT BUY THESE!

Very poor quality corset after waiting more than 20 days to arrive.
Difficult to put on and take off, essentially money down the drain. Wish I've read the reviews prior purchase...

Very bad. Do not order. The size is not correct so you want to return... You get an automatic answer from the custom service which do not try to help you. If you want to return or want een refund you need to pay 30 dollar.

Stressful experience. In reality, they are shipping from China. And tell you that your track code is USPS, but it's an international one.
Customer service is AWFUL. They don't respond to emails and in direct in Instagram.
They are putting NY label for marketing only, their website is full of template text (website is not ready).

Don't order here!

SCAM! After sending numerous emails they did not help me at all! Customer service is really bad. The team was aware of the situation (wrong address and lost package) and instead of refunding me after proof of lost package. They did ship it again to a wrong address. They are not able to refund at all! I QUOTE: We do ship again, have contact with your local courier about the address and return the package for your refund. THIS IS IN CHINA. During this issue they knew I am abroad for 2 months, and the address was incorrect. SHAME ON THE COMPANY.

Wish I’ve seen these reviews before purchasing!! They are a scam! Sent me a used item all dirty and the size is soo off it’s huge!! Ask for an exchange for a new unused in a smaller size and they told me to pay for shipping of $13! Plus ann extra cost to ship them back the big dirty corset. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The shopping experience was easy and the shipping was quick! The material and fit were just as described, and the structure of the corset is strong.

Do not bother, item was poorly made, not a real corset, trust me I have enough to know. and They refused for me to return only offered an exchange of lesser value. Customer service took a long time and was very poor.

I orded a lace corset, it wraps the waist beautifully and I emphasized it. The quality is great

I honestly love my corsets! They are beautiful and yes right, but that is the entire point😅 the shipping was very slow but i can deal with that. Yes you'll need help putting them on but once in they are stunning. I recommend😊

I bought 2 Sia Corset in 2 different sizes for my daughter and me. Unluckily I found out that the cut is far from being perfect as it doesn't properly fit around the armpits and the strings are way too long and loose. That happens in both sizes so it’s not a matter of sizes but of poor cut and crafting.
I paid for a high level product, I received a poorly crafted one. A pity.

I don’t believe the positive reviews. I’m sure they must be generated by themselves. They cover up that they’re a Chinese company. They don’t do exchanges and don’t reply to messages in a timely fashion or read them properly. Can’t believe social media sites allow.

This item is extremely difficult to put on and take off, making it impractical to wear. It’s also uncomfortable and not worth the effort given how time-consuming it is to use. On top of that, the return policy is almost nonexistent, with the only option being to pay more for a replacement—which is ridiculous. Definitely not worth it.

SCAM SCAM DO NOT ORDER: Kicking myself as I usually read Trustpilot reviews before ordering - but not this time!! Product arrived but doesn’t fit. Have contacted them for a return address but have been offered a 20% discount! I don’t want that I want to return the product which was not cheap. Keep chasing for a UK return address but heard nothing! total scam and I think that’s £60 down the drain. So frustrating that Facebook allows this companies to advertise on their site!

I ordered my items back in December and didn’t receive it. To be honest I thought it was because I wasn’t home so the item got sent back, but then I have not automatically received a refund so I emailed them to tell them i havent received the items and they apologised and sent me the items again. The items arrived within 2 weeks and I realised I had ordered the white corset TWICE. So I wanted to return one obviously and still in the original packaging. They took a few days to reply and asked me for the reason, i told them why and they agreed on the return BUT they dont have a return address so I have to return to their warehouse in CHINA on my OWN risk. Or they offered 20% refund money and keep the product.

I agree to receive the 20% and they refunded me 20%. Worst return policy ever.

I had my eye on these brand for a long time and finally decided to make an order. I ordered two corsets- one with cups and another - waist corset.
I was a bit worried that once the product was shipped and I received the email with the tracking number - the tracking number didnt show me anything. I decided to check reviews on TrustPilot and once I saw such a low rating and all negative comments saying it is a scam, I immediately wrote off the money I spent and decided that I got scammed.
I gave it a shot and sent an email to the support asking to cancel the order if it wasnt sent. To my surprise, I received a reply the same day with all detailed information and the tracking number. I made the order on the 24th of Feb and got my package today -5.03.
I thought, well based on all other reviews it will be definitely small, as I ordered L and I have a 36FF (80G) cup, my waist is 77 cm, and Im not a skinny girl.
But when I tried first corset on (waist corset) it was perfect!! And when I tried another one- ufff… even better!
Quality is great, fits perfectly! And support was in contact with me all the time… it almost seems that I ordered from a different place (if compare my review to others)
I just wanted to leave my review here and let you know that it is not a scam and my personal experience with the cs, with shipping time, with quality is beyond great!

Do not buy from this store!!! I bought some corsets and never received my order! I wrote them on DM and email and they never replied until 10 days telling me that is was successfully delivered from another courier different from the email order confirmation’s one where the tracking number never worked! I asked a refund or a new shipment and they just wash their hands telling me to contact the courier but is their responsibility as sellers! This is the policy for each courier as they have agreement between seller and courier not between courier and customer! I also reported them for scam after reading about the same situation for many many users!

Be careful with sizing! This corset that arrives 2 sizes smaller than what you wear. The exchange is difficult. The properly sized corset works but keep in mind that it is not easy to put it on and take it off. Ladies wearing corsets had chamber maids for a reason. But waist is definitely more defined and is slimmer. Pick a corset that had tummy control, n=because your waist will be slim bt tummy will be sticking out. Take caution!
