received damaged book, never heared from customer service. Unseriouse!

not happy right now. i can't access the ebook to my class because they've been having system issues for the past 5 hours. had a chat with a virtual assistant. useless. asked if i should call and she said i would just get the same resolution she gave but she didn't give me a resolution. she just told me to wait. waiting isn't going to complete my assignment

Pearson is incredibly untrustworthy and is just trying to take your money. I purchased a subscription with the intent to cancel it once I was finished with the class I was taking, and on the website it told me that I would be able to cancel and get a refund within 14 days. It NEVER specified that I would not be able to cancel after the 14 days. I was not looking for a refund, I was just looking to cancel future billings. I finished my course, went on the website to cancel (which is already quite the hassle), and to my surprise they tell me that the cancellation date expires after 14 days as well as the refund. Which means that I will keep getting charged for another 4 months for a book I don't use. DON'T USE PEARSON.

Using this for my Statistics class, and it's the worst tool ever. I was forced to pay for it for college, and I can't even cancel the subscription until it's done. The AI bot is janky, and when using the course it doesn't give me the right grade OR date. Save yourself the trouble.

The website was easy to navigate. Checkout was easy.

This review is a formal complaint regarding the wholly unacceptable level of customer service and systemic failure to update our company's (Health Spirit Ltd) primary billing address.

I wasted over 40 minutes across the online chat and phone channels. The first chat agent claimed the address change was complete, only for me to find out this was false. The subsequent phone support was completely ineffective, providing generic, unhelpful advice. This is a severe failure of both system and staff.

The Issue: A basic administrative task (changing our registered billing address from one UK address to another) is impossible for your agents to execute efficiently.

Demand: I was forced to place an urgent order while knowing my account address was incorrect. I expect management to immediately fix the address on the account and promptly issue a Credit Note followed by a corrected invoice that reflects the new address for our accounting compliance. Your team's deception and failure have wasted my valuable professional time and caused immediate accounting issues.

Terrible Experience No Book 4-6 weeks for refund!

Order a book with rush delivery to be told the day it was to be delivered that it was on back order so immediately canceled the order needing to purchase locally due to needing for class. They shipped book anyways after refund to then track it down before I got it and now takes 4-6 weeks for a refund. They basically have $150 of my money they get to keep for over a month and I had to spend another $150 at the bookstore. Will never trust them again.

I absolutely hate this website, actually hate is not a strong enough word for how this website boils my blood. It never works ever, so do not wait until the last minute for any assignment ever. Took me about a week to order my book because the website would not load. When i went to buy the book, every time i put in my information it would go back to the select option. The buttons literally do not work, currently i cannot get on because no matter what button i press, it stays on the same screen instead of taking me to my book. I hate the drag feature on the homework assignments through the books, do not ever get me started. If you are a professor and are reading this never use this website unless you want a class full of students who hate you and are miserable in your class. Nothing in this world has made me feel as angry as pearson makes me feel. Million dollar corporation, but there website bugs ever single day like make it make sense. Went to change my password on my account I clearly have and typed in the password and it doesn’t work like what do you mean. I hope Pearson goes bankrupt and they regret ever forming this company.

Awful credit control department in India!

I wish that schools would not rely on third-party services like this. Apparently, these companies have constant downtime (I've read about 15%) and this is unacceptable. This is a disruption to education, and gets in the way of people learning and getting work done.

I wish that we can pay with option. But pay full at all is not easy for everybody.

How can a standard test change its whole grading system overnight? Does it mean previous scores are not valid?

I take pre-cal though this, it is incredibly inconvenient for me, my classmates, and professor to use, it messes up the due dates on our assignments and (for the math anyway) gives pretty bad examples for the problems we are supposed to do. I don't think this is just our course as many of the videos/problems are outdated. This is my personal experience with this program, I don't think others would find it useful but you never know.

Horrible customer service.
They were extremely unhelpful, the AI chatbot would type answers and DELETE them because they "couldnt be verified", the real human you end up speaking to (if you can) cannot speak english and translates everything with google translate making you wait and also does not type responses that even make any sense.

Incredibly janky graphing system that barely works, old & outdated, and AI-first? Review-wise, it's okay, I guess, but the software is abysmal to use.
