Nice woman that helped me in the chat, but could not do anything. Have been in the chat for over an hour and been calling the service for over an hour, and still did not get help. At the end they said I should contact another service, but then I end up in the same chat... I hope they will contact/help me in the folowing days but I doubt it. Now I lost 55 euros for nothing.

Then every 3 month they look you out from your account and you need to waste 2 hours to get access to your account.

I am fortunate enough to attend college with reduced tuition fees. That does not mean, however, that I should be paying egregious amounts of money to access low-quality and derivative homework. $80 per semester at minimum? Seriously? There is already outrage about this, but it needs to be louder. I would rather take a hit to my GPA than pay this organization another cent of my money.

I find every time I have to call to access my text book, each time there is some problem with actually reaching my text book to a point where I stopped using a text book and hope for the best.

I have had the worst learning experience using this platform as a student. From doing homework to taking exams, I have not enjoyed and had so many difficulties in every assignment. During a statistics exam, I must open and close 20 or so different graphs and charts. Many of them did not even load so I am missing information when trying to answer questions. When closing the graphs and charts, it would often change my answers I had previously selected. This caused me to miss several questions even though I had answered them correctly beforehand. Anyways, I don't understand why universities and other schools continue to use programs like this when it is always an awful experience. This hinders learning experiences for students much more than it aids.
Paid £77 for an urgent order
Paid £77 for an urgent order. After several emails of chasing and providing the same information again and again only half of my order arrived. I have emailed them and get no response.
It's poor form. We are forced to use them yet they have zero accountability for the standard of the service they should provide.
Seeking legal advice due to malpractice.
Took a payment to deliver a service they offered, didn't complete in time then refused a full refund. Initially charged £57 and could only return £20 without certificate. Now have to wait for an email to process with no point of contact. Happy to give this to my legal team to execute accordingly.
Refunding is a drama
I asked for a refund, and they said it would be done and dusted. Not only dit I have to call/mail multiple times, I had to wait 3 months to get it. Adding on to that, they missed 3.61 of the refunded value. Its not a big enough amount to make a fuss over, however I do find it odd and frustrating that they just did not refund me fully even though they had stated in an e-mail (so on paper) that they would. I'm actually pissed.

Error Code 1001 and terrible customer support
I have had the same 1001 Error Code for a textbook I already purchased for two semesters in a row as an issue. I have called customer service over 12 times over the course of both semesters where I have gotten disconnected and my problems were ignored. The first time, it took over 2 months to get access to my coursework. I really hope it doesn't take that long this time since I'm tired of asking for extensions. This company is so disconnected, the servers barely work when you do get the textbook, and the help is minimal. If there is another option for your textbooks, take it!!

The Pearson website is the worst
The Pearson website is the worst. I'm a student and somehow the website did not link to another account. Therefore I thought I had to create an account with Pearson. Now I can't unlink it anymore and deletion takes 40 business days. The worst thing is I can't even delete the account myself, I have to call support to send me emails so I can confirm the deletion. I mean what website does not have an account deletion button which the user has immediate access to?! Now, I can access my material! I hope school stop working with this!

I wanted to pass AWS online certification and decided to do that online. Everything till check-in was fine. But when I tried to provide my documents the system said that Prosecutor closed my exam window.
I had a conversation with the support (name: Paxton) and they had just rescheduled my exam. I spent an hour trying to discover what was the problem, but the only thing I got was "Don't worry, next time everything will be fine".
Next time I was checking-in the same happened.
I did test my system using their app multiple times and read all the guidelines. It still doesn't help.
Now I'm waiting for their support to investigate the case. But the attitude of the first support member is discouraging.

My tuition covered an online e-textbook for my college algebra class, and I am already falling behind due to the access code not working. They still haven't fixed the issue, even though I contacted them three times in three days. No help at all.
Review of Pearson VUE Website and Support
I recently faced a frustrating experience while using Pearson VUE's platform for the COF-C02 SnowPro Core Certification exam on December 31st. While the website generally functions well for scheduling exams, the handling of technical issues and post-incident support leaves much to be desired.
Issues Faced:
Unexpected Portal Closure:
The exam portal abruptly closed six minutes before the end time, which severely impacted my ability to complete the test. Despite raising the issue under case numbers 12385097 and 00921625, I did not receive satisfactory or clear explanations about the technical failure.
Lack of Written Acknowledgment:
Pearson VUE support has been bypassing my concerns and has not provided written confirmation about the technical issue, making the resolution process unnecessarily stressful.
Scam
Scam. Your professors require the mastery to submit the homework but don't use the material in the textbook, yet you cannot just buy mastering access. You have to spend 90 dollars on the whole eText to RENT the thing you're never going to read, just so you can submit homework. Some of the required mastery programs are on textbooks over 150 dollars. Unbelievable, and I can learn more from a national geographic magazine.
