Good initial service but poor after-sales
The team at Peak CycleSport are more than happy to take your money for a new bike and the initial set up services provided are good however despite offers for after-sales service, this doesn't actually transpire.
Repeated requests to book annual services (by phone and email) are not returned & promises to call back at a later point to book you are not followed through.
Additional I experienced an issue with my bike that is approx. 1 year old and a component that holds the battery in failed (pretty critical for a eMTB). I was left without support of the local Haibike dealer and ended up having to source the parts and fix the issue myself as offers to call me back and get the bike booked in for repair never occurred.
I just expected better service from such a premium retailer, especially when you are spending several thousand pounds on a product with them.
