Best on line sports retailer. Great customer service.

Product delivered very fast. 10/10 for customer service. Thanks

I ordered some items for my son who is a tennis nut. There was an issue when I tried to order online as I live outside the UK.
Having gone through to check out, the country in which I live wasn’t listed in the drop down menu field.
Hmmm, this created a problem.
I contacted Jamie @ PDH at their HQ in Derbyshire. He came up with a solution to the issue and sorted it all out. The order went through, the bank transaction was seem less,
Jamie was extremely helpful and efficient and my son got his birthday gifts exactly as they said he would.
It is very easy to criticise a company when things go wrong, but I think it’s important to recognise good work too!
So thank you PDH and thank you Jamie!!
5 star from me.

Fantastic service. I had a small issue with a new badminton which was dealt with immediately. The people you deal with are passionate having playing racket sports themselves and certainly know what they are talking about. I was very pleased with their professional sevice and would definitely use them again.

Amazingly fast and professional delivery to the United States. Thank you for getting the goods to us well before Christmas. Far exceeded my expectations

Outstanding service. Very quick... Would recommend.
Will definitely use again. Thanks.

Always incredible service through PDH sports. Bought countless rackets, shoes and other things through them and never had a single issue. Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly over the phone and always willing to go the extra mile.

Paul's videos on the PDH YouTube page are also really helpful and often insightful into the world of squash as well!

I am lucky enough to live within calling into the shop distance of PDH ‘HQ’ and have recently purchased a pair of Prince NFS squash shoes. I expect no issues with the shoes as I have been a regular buyer of them for several years and find them excellent. I did however enjoy my visit to the shop and the staff at PDH are very knowledgeable and friendly as you might expect from such an established retailer.

Highly recommended for any court sports requirements

I’ll be a returning customer for as long as my ageing body allows me to try and play!!

I have been playing with the Phoenix Pro for about five months now and it has quickly become one of my favourite rackets over the eight years that I have been playing squash. The look of the racket is initially what drew me to it; the red, black and yellow create a sleek design which makes the racket look as good as it feels. After only a few training sessions I was able to adapt to the feel of the racket and so almost straight away I could get my technique working well with it. The Phoenix Pro is slightly lighter than what I had been used to and the fact it is less head heavy than previous Prince rackets makes it easier for me to drop more effectively which is an aspect of the game that hasn’t always been my best and has now really improved! The combination of the head and strings means my drives out of the back corner are feeling a lot smoother since I started playing with it and I love hitting that perfect, tight shot off the back wall that plays so beautifully off the racket. When I went over to the PDH shop in Derbyshire I was really impressed with the personal service I received and Sophie’s knowledge of the new Prince rackets that I was trying to decide between. I could even have tried the racket out on the squash courts next door which, had I not known the brand very well, would have been a real bonus. I will be back!

Just recently had this this racquet as a birthday present & it certainly does what it says on the ‘tin’. Well balanced & whips the ball easily. Hope to win some matches with this beastie. Always very helpful at PDH 👍.

PDH have always been an excellent racket sport specialist. Their price is always competitive with the other sports websites, but they offer much more than that. Their main selling points, in my opinion, is their specialist knowledge and friendliness.

At pdh you get great service from x-squash pro Paul, Lisa and the team. You also get professional demos of rackets and other sport kit on youtube, as well as Pro interviews, stringing service etc. I had the luxory of chatting to the team before trying out a handfull of squash rackets on court before choosing my racket.

If you want to deal with a group of people who know what their talking about and can offer you a great service go to PDHsports.

Paul did an excellent job of identifying, sourcing and promptly delivering four new Yonex racquets and bag during a busy tournament schedule when three of my previous racquets were out of action.

Fantastic service. Talked through racket and re string options with me.
Ordered my racket on Friday morning and it arrived by 8am the follow day.
Thanks guys.
Totally recommend.

Great trial service - purchased 3 badminton rackets to have a quick test to see which I preferred, then returned 2 for full refund. All very speedy, no hassle, excellent service - many thanks

Always spotless service, no problems with exchange/return. They are also very good to advise. Excellent

Had a very good experience of PDH.
Excitedly bought the new Technifibre X-Series 135 and received 10 days ago. Unfortunately string broke in first game of use. Spoke to PDH who said this sometimes happened. They offered two options - return to us and we will restring and send back to you, or we will send out two technifibre strings and you can get done with local restringer. The latter seemed speedier and an immediate low hassle fix, so went for that and all sorted.
Great racquet and a good improvement on the previous model. Great passion for squash and service from PDH. Many thanks.

Excellent service. I ordered 2 rackets to see which I preferred. PDH were happy to supply and give a refund on the one one didn't want. Great price on a Prince 550 Lite squash racket, good reviews of equipment on-line too.

Decided to get back into squash and the PDHsports deals online looked perfect for me. The Prince racket didn't come with a cover (Prince no longer offers this). One email later and a cover was sent and received next day.
Great customer service.

My items were delivered in 4 days to New Zealand. Excellent work! Some good racket prices also compared to the local prices.

Great customer service from Jamie saving me on freight costs by consolidating my 2 orders rather than just charging me and not asking the question. I will definitely be using PDH again.

I always head to PDH Sports website for all my squash gear. They offer a great range of products at extremely competitive prices. They have excellent customer service and if there are any issues with your order they offer quick and fair resolutions. Delivery of orders is super quick as well.
Highly recommended shop for anyone that wants high quality squash gear and excellent prices.
