No free returns. For an online site to not offer free returns is poor, particularly given the vast majority of companies and competitors do. For this reason alone I won’t be using them again. The retu... Näytä lisää

Yrityksen kirjoittama

We are PDHSports.com, a family run racket sports specialist based in Derby. PDHSports began trading in 1992 when professional squash player Paul Hargrave set up a restringing business and started selling rackets to supplement his squash playing income. We were one of the first racket sports retailers to sell online. We've come a long way since the nineties with a much more sophisticated online presence and recently moved from Duffield to a new warehouse on the outskirts of Derby. We are proud to be one of the few independent, specialist racket sports retailers based in the UK yet also offering worldwide delivery. As official racket testers for leading brands, we test many products pre-launch and we also try to review as many of the ranges we sell as possible so that we can give informed advice. Our YouTube channel, with new product reviews and coaching tips, has now had over ten million views. We stock all major racket sports brands and also work with emerging brands to offer our customers fantastic choice. We secure exclusive racket deals and offer brilliant Bundles and Multibuys which you won't find anywhere else. We don't just have an online presence. Our busy showroom offers customers the chance to try before you buy and we love meeting our customers face to face! Many travel hundreds of miles in the search for specialist advice. We will soon be adding a demo court to our warehouse in Derby and our showroom will incorporate new technology to allow customers to select the perfect products for their level and style of play.

Great, helpful staff, quick delivery, good prices.

Heading says it all really. Had to return first pair of squash shoes as too narrow for my daft feet, but they refunded quickly with no hassle. Even with the free standard delivery things always arrive quicker that you could hope, often next day. Prices are always fairly competitive. Sometimes you can find things slightly cheaper elsewhere, but PDHSports reliable, quick and free delivery more than compensates.

This is how all companies should be

I was really impressed with the amount of stock and the prices. This left me with a quandary, which squash racket to buy. I spoke to the shop via' ask a pro' and watched YouTube reviews of the products created by the staff. Both were really informative. Decision made the order process was simple. Delivery was as stated and conducted by ďpd. Even had a text staying when driver would arrive. Phd will be the first place I look for squash products in the future

I got the rackets I wanted at the best available price with quick delivery

Two Technifibre Carboflex 130 basaltex rackets for £120
there was some confusion over the strings used - PDH use a higher spec than Technifibre standard and have to charge a small premium for that
Other vendors use different strings and that needs to be considered in comparing deals
PDH offered the best deal and good service
