PCM Estate Agents Arvostelua

We purchased our home through PCM who were very professional, responsive and friendly. At times we were frustrated with a lack of information from solicitors and PCM chased on our behalf. That was over and above what was required so we were very grateful to them for ensuring we were kept in the loop. Thank you all.

Great service from PCM estate agents. They were able to support and help us with any questions we had and were so fast at responding to emails. We cannot recommend PCM enough! 11/10 recommend!!

Amazing
What an absolutely fantastic job Michael Mepham at PCM has done on the sale of my flat from start to finish. It opened my eyes even more as to what an estate agent has to do to see a sale through, and in my case, he has been amazing keeping the “sale wheels turning”. I have used PCM before on many ocassions and I’d most certainly recommend, as I have done many times, and will be using them again in the future.
Such a hard job for the agent keeping the sellers the buyers the solicitors and everybody on track, Thankyou so much Michael.

Pcm, were all so helpful from beginning to end. Special mention to Michael who helped us so many times and was always kind and understanding.Liz and Mick Lawson

Just exchanged contracts and it would never have happened without the tireless work of Michael at PCM. Really went above and beyond to ensure that all parties were well informed and smoothed out last minute problems. Would highly recommend!

I have sold a few houses through PCM and have received excellent service throughout each sale.

From the first approach until the day of completion they were friendly, efficient & knowledgable.

The chains on a few houses to complete were long and therefore complicated, Michael and his team went above and beyond to keep things moving and to ensure the completion date happened (despite some lack lustre solicitors from various parties).

Highly recommend!

Our second time of using PCM for a house sale.
Very professional and friendly service.
Everybody in the team is always helpful and all queries and calls responded to quickly.
Wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

We bought our house through PCM, and they were helpful and supportive throughout. Whoever picked up the phone was able to answer our questions. They went above and beyond. Thanks!

If you're looking for a 5 star service, PCM is the place to go – I've used them before and I'd use them again. From start to finish, communication was brilliant, and there's always someone at the end of the phone to help you. The team are responsive and reliable and I cannot recommend them enough.

What a wonderful estate agent this company is
I would recommend anyone to use them
They are all professional , polite , friendly and very helpful people
They work as a team , and you can speak to any of them , no matter what it is
100% naturals at doing their job

pcm estate agents was recommended to them
and no fuss no delays was kept informed all through
process. the whole team are very proffesional and
courtious when i made calls to their office.i am very glad i took the recommendation what a team.

From the beginning, Rob was proactive, informative and realistic. He explained the local market and what we could realistically achieve for our property for a quick sale. Following marketing which was a bit slow due to Christmas period, the team were proactive in getting us viewings. They offered to do the viewings but as I work from home I done it. Following the receipt of an offer, they were on the ball chasing solicitors and getting information for us. All in all a very good service.

I want to say a big thank you to PCM.

I have just sold my property and they were professional and informative from start to finish.

All the team were friendly and always on hand to help and answer any questions I had

I had several estate agents in to value my property and PCM were by far the most professional and I had complete confidence in what they valued my house for and the strategy they suggested.

I would use them again and will be recommending to all my friends

I have sold a property and bought a property through PCM and have been very satisfied both times. There is always someone who will respond immediately to a query or request by phone, email or by calling into the office. Thank you team!

From start to finish the process has been seamless , they sold my property within 4 days of going onto the market , they have a strong team who have proved time and time again that they get results , definitely the best estate agents in town , i really can’t fault the service .Thank you to all the team !

I can't put into words how grateful we are to PCM - I have never known an Estate Agent like it. Michael Mepham and other members of the team worked tirelessly, they went above and beyond to help our sale to go through, contacting all the relevant people when solicitors were failing to communicate and other parties were getting frustrated - Michael got involved in almost every aspect that he could to try and hold it all together - Our sale in Hastings and our purchase in Scotland were both problematic, as well as various standard cross border issues, and I know for certain that we would not be in our dream home in Scotland now if we hadn't had PCM as the driving force.

When I say above and beyond, I really mean it, the amount of dedication and accountability they had was just phenomenal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone; we moved to them because of the inaction of a previous local agent, and thank goodness we did.

Michael Mepham is an absolute force! - so incredibly good at his job, he knows it inside out and works so, so hard. It didn't cost extra, they just genuinely cared and were invested in our sale and purchase. No call was ever treated as one too many, nothing was too much effort and he was on top of everything the whole time.

We are grateful beyond words for PCM's dedication.

Thank you again for your incredible work!

Fantastic service from start to finish in the sale and purchase. After a horrendous time with a different Estate Agency, PCM helped to save our sale and purchase from falling through. We had excellent communication and support from the entire team, and would highly recommend PCM. A Special thankyou to Mike, Nathan, Ben, Tom, Sam and Lisa.

From, Millie B
