⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Outstanding Quality!
Just picked up our new uniform kit (t-shirts, hoodies, and beanies) from PCB Custom, and the print quality is mind-blowing. The detail on the back of the hoodies is incredibly sharp, vibrant, and exact to our branding. Brilliant communication, fast turnaround, and top-tier service all round. We’ll definitely be coming back for all our future team gear. If you need custom workwear, look no further! 🔨⚡️
Disappointed. Missing part of order. Was assured that it would be sent on. I have messaged repeatedly over months was again told a replacement would be sent. Still not received item and no refund received despite the promise of one. Now ignoring my further emails. Will not use this company again

You are correct a replacement wasn’t sent. I had however tried requesting your address as we delete all personal information once orders are marked as sent, to post a replacement for one snood numerous times and my emails kept bouncing back as if it had been marked as spam or blocked. No contact was made via the contact us section on the website or social media after 2 weeks of our last email to you so a refund was processed for both snoods despite you receiving one. We attached a note to the refund notification asking you to contact us via the website so we could offer an additional gift card but hadn’t received a reply.
We apologise your experience wasn’t how others were or up to our usual standards and take full responsibility for the missing item
If you’d like to take us up on the offer of the gift voucher in addition to the refund we sent please get in contact via the website or social media as we cannot email you and we’d be happy to give you the opportunity to turn your experience with us around.
Great experience start to finish, very friendly the process from start to end was made easy. Then there is the quality and finish the print came out amazing there was no colour fade from the original image and she caught all of the details as per the original image too. The price I felt like I was robbing her two big print half the price that other competitors had quote me for one. If you are in the Swansea area I fully suggest using her as it also supports local business honest I'm a very happy customer
