Payless Furniture Arvostelua 

Having reviewed the excellent reviews of "Payless",on Trustpilot,I placed
an order for 1 Richmond Cream triple wardrobe,1 Richmond Cream 3+2+4 chest of drawers,and 2 Richmond Cream bedside cabinets.By arrangement item 1 was delivered to S.W.England 2 days after the order was placed,Item 2 was not in stock and I was given a 2-3 weeks delivery time,and would be delivered with item 3. The 2 outstanding items were delivered as promised,arriving 1 day after receiving the "e"mail advising delivery.
All 3 items have been assembled ,much to my wifes delight,very good products with good assembly instructions.
Totally impressed with my "Payless",experience,would thoroughly reccomend.

A 5 Star Service from start to finish with our order for 3 pieces from the Richmond Pine furniture range. The order was delivered very quickly and the furniture is of a high quality with a nice finish we are well pleased it all and thank you so much. One minor gripe yes the furniture is of a self-assembly type but whoever makes it need to supply better instructions for the items but once you have read them a few times it is easy to assemble. So once again thank you and we will be back for some more pieces from this range as they are great value

Very pleased with this lovely Pine Headboard, beautifully made and I was pleased to see it was made in the UK as well. Looks lovely on my bed. Excellent delivery very well packaged, kept informed as to delivery time and date as well. Would definitely buy from again. Well done!

I found this product offered up to THREE times the price elsewhere compared to what I paid with this company but I did wonder whether it would be the same quality - what their service would be like etc but I took a gamble and I SO very pleased I did. This company is brilliant ! Everything was efficient and of excellent quality. I would most certainly use this company again. Thank you.

Being a cynical old chap, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the chest of drawers I ordered from Payless at a truly bargain price. It was also delivered well within the stated time and was a piece of cake to put together and I'm no Barry Bucknell (for all of you who remember him!!)

You definitely need 2 people to assemble the bigger items of this furniture and when finished I was really pleased, but you need a translator with understanding the paperwork. If it had been clearer it wouldn't have taken half the time to assemble

Was delighted with quality of chest of drawers. Took a while to fit together but looks very smart in the bedroom. Arrived by next day delivery. Cannot fault service.

Simple clear web site, great product range for all budgets.
Wanted to check stock so call & spoke to a friendly chap, only turned out he was the boss - when does that ever happen! Anyway stock was high and all five items were delivered "the following day"- brilliant.
All packages wrapped really well, updates on delivery too so I knew exactly when they were arriving.
