Best god damb machined parts money can buy along with very lovely customer service.

incredibly arrogant and rude customer service and no warranty!

my wife and i, bought 2 pair of Paul Components Shimano Thumbies and installed our brand new shimano Dura Ace shifters on the flat bars with these Thumbies .
then we did start a long bicycle tour ( now we are in Spain) but after a week we noticed the screws ( provided by Paul Component) which keeps the shifter on the Thumbies are keep getting lose.

so we have to tight the screws ones in few days and eventually this problem broke down 2 of our shifters.

but the problem is because of the design of Paul Components Thumbies. Shimano provides special screw and bolt to instal Dura Ace shifters on bar end but because of Paul Thumbies design we have to use the screws provided with Thumbies .

this screws has totally different shape on the head if you compare to shimano's screws . because of this difference the screws keep getting lose and eventually will destroy shifters.

i explain this problem to the Paul Components customer service and they told me your shifters are worn out!!

can you imagine this answer?!

how it is possible brand new Dura ace shifters get worn out after few weeks of use? How the customer service of this company can say this? how in earth this is even possible?

those shifters should last long long time! those been brand new when we did installed them!

i did exchange couple of emails with Paul Company, but they did ignored my emails eventually!

they also refused to take back the shifters and refund the money!

i have documented this problem and i will publish the review about it on youtube . i hope this review saves your shifters and your money!
not nice if you pay about 200€ for 4 thumbie which suppose to be the best but it ends up destroying 2 set of your expensive shifters which costs 200€!
this means you lose around 400€ and company is totally ignoring your clam and not answering your emails?
