There are a lot of great mentors and coaches on the internet but what really stands out for Richard from the rest is the clarity of his explanation, examples and tone of voice; wherein you will really "Stop, Look and Listen". I learned so much, and prepared myself using these helpful tips, while staying true to myself. Richard reminds us that honesty is key during interviews, which I appreciate very much.
