I placed two orders with them one. They sent using usps and items was sent to wrong state. Other order i paid 25 extra for 2 day delivery and they left out a part and it has not been shipped. When I placed the order they showed all parts in stock! So they scam you out of paying extra for expedited service. I can't fix my 4wheeler without ALL the needed parts. This place is a joke. I was notified that they tried to get this review removed. Now they are delaying my orders. I had a second order that shows shipped on Dec 29th. But they have not given it to the POST OFFICE. They are misleading and lie. They Mark items in stock, but they are not. I paid extra for 1-3 shipping and they send it usps ground. The slowest possible option. They also don't count the 1st day of shipping as a shipping day. So it really is 4 day shipping. When I tried to get it resolved all they wanted to do was cancel my order instead of doing what I paid for. Not a good place to do business with. This company needs to learn how shipping companies work and how there services work. USPS ground is not an expedited service, priority mail is expedited. So when a customer pays for expedited shipping you don't mail it ground! Also every delivery company counts the 1st day of shipping as the 1st day. You are the only company I have ever heard of that does not. You need to clarify that on your website!

I thought it would be a simlpe process to find a gasket to work on my quad. It was with one exception. Everyone had to order it and a week, in some cases 2 weeks later I would have the part. Parrzilla shipped the gasket the on December 18th and I had it in my hands December 20th, not weeks after ordering. I understand Christmas has shipping challenges, Partzilla didn't.

Everything arrived as ordered. I wish they would ship UPS instead of USPS since they lose so many packages.

It is not always easy finding parts for vintage bikes. But you had what I needed to complete my carb rebuild.

Partzilla should be your number one go to for any parts. I got into a motorcycle accident and when I needed parts not only was partzilla the best price but also had quality products. Not to mention the delivery, products came in a strong box and were wrapped well to protect them. Shipping times were phenomenal. The shop I work for also utilizes partzilla for some watercraft parts when the manufacturer is out of stock.
