Parts for Treadmill Arvostelua 

J’ai commandé une plate-forme sur mesure de remplacement pour un tapis de course le 30 septembre 2025. Il était annoncé un délais de 15 jours.
Le 14 Octobre , on m’annonce 7 à 10 jours de délais.
Suite à une nouvelle relance, on m’annonce que « Votre plateforme a été fabriquée et elle sera expédiée sous peu. »
Le 27 Octobre , nouvelle relance et on me répond que « votre plateforme est désormais prête et sera expédiée sous peu. »
Le 30 Octobre , nouvelle relance et on me répond que « votre plateforme sera expédiée au cours de la semaine prochaine. »
Le 5 Novembre, nouvelle relance et on me donne un lien d’un transporteur pour suivre ma commande. Le lien ne fonctionne pas. GLS n’a jamais eu mon colis.
Je doute recevoir un jour ma commande dont le montant s’élève à 205 euros.

Mise à jour : pièce finalement reçu et conforme.
Dommage que le fournisseur n'ai pas été franc sur les délais.

The 180J Belt is not compatible with a 497mm Belt. The 497mm Belt is actually a 195J Belt. We are a Fitness Equipment Engineering Company who carry out warranty work for NordicTrack, and I can assure you this Belt will not fit.

Sent these guys my controller in 2023 to repair, they confirmed receipt of my controller and said they would get back to me as they had a large backlog, I spent years following this up only to receive reply’s they would look into my order and then nothing.
Eventually I gave up trying to get my controller back.

Ich habe ein Laufbanddeck als Ersatzteil für mein Sportstech F37 Laufband online bei laufbandersatzteile.de bestellt. 5 Wochen nach Bestellung habe ich das bestellte Ersatzteil erhalten. Grundsätzlich ist es kein Problem wenn die Lieferzeit etwas länger als angegeben, aber 5 Wochen ist schon sehr viel mehr als angegeben. Meine vorerst schlechte Bewertung von einem Stern habe ich nun auf 3 Sterne ausgebessert. Die Qualität des Ersatzteiles ist sowie es sein sollte und somit in Ordnung.

Ordered part waited a week to be told not in stock but they refunded

Manche Fehler wiederholen sich, habe vor Jahren eine verkehrte Lauffläche für mein Laufband bestellt (konnte ich problemlos umtauschen). Nun wollte ich den gleichen Fehler nochmal machen. Habe im Shop eine Lauffläche bestellt, die zu lang ist, wurde aber auf meinen Fehler von damals hingewiesen, und konnte so meine Bestellung ändern und die richtige Länge ordern. Habe sogar noch Geld wieder bekommen. Toller Service!

I should have read the reviews. They sold me an incline motor that is not compatible with my treadmill and refuse to acknowledge this, expecting me to send it at my own cost from UK to Italy.
Even their own recommended engineer has confirmed this part doesn’t work, I sent them all the proof they need and they stopped replying to emails completely.
I had to submit a claim with Mastercard to try and recover the money that I don’t have to waste.

UPDATE: of course they replied to my review with a lie, the part is not the one I requested, I will continue with the claim.

UPDATE V2: unfortunately I cannot upload emails and images, but I bought the part THEY told me to buy, not the one I requested. They then said it was compatible, which it wasn’t, and I have proof that it isn’t.
Then I asked to return it for a refund and they wanted me to pay for the return label, even though they missold the part which was never going to work, and when I sent a formal complaint email with all the proof of the part that I requested versus what they told to buy, and proof that it doesn’t work, they stopped replying to emails.
I feel very unprotected as a customer and really scammed by this company.
I can see very many similar stories on this page, so they really need to rethink their practises, it’s really unacceptable.

Die Reparatur des Steuermoduls für den Massagestuhl hat perfekt geklappt. Das Gerät läuft wieder mit allen Funktionen.

Sofort erreichbar. Sehr kompetente deutsche Betreuung und Beratung, was soll ich sagen mein altes Laufband hat jetzt einen neuen Motor und ein neues Band und lebt wieder.

Meine Sendung wurde in Italien ignoriert, nicht abgeholt.
40 Euro Vorauskasse plus 25 Fr. Zoll und jetzt kam das Paket zurück weil die Firma dies nicht abgeholt habe.
Ich wurde von "Laufband.de" nur vertröstet, sie hätten keinen Einfluss darauf.
Also bitte Finger weg, von Reparaturaufträgen.

Good service in the end with parts supplied quickly after we decided what to get. There was a considerable amount of correspondence required, which was most successful by email (phone and WhatsApp not so good). We were correctly advised to replace the band as well as the motherboard of a Techness Run 800, which was otherwise unrepairable (and non functional). So we were pleased with the result. Their return policy regarding company orders seems odd.

Une efficacité dans le remplacement de ma console de tapis remarquable. Colis envoyé depuis la Polynésie vers l’Italie perdu, retrouvé par leurs soins , expédition d’une nouvelle console d’occasion compatible avec mon tapis. Communication permanente du service avec le client . Rien à redire. Si vous avez besoin de réparer votre tapis de course vous êtes à la bonne adresse.

Ich habe einen Ersatzmotor für mein Laufband von dieser Firma empfohlen bekommen den ichvdann auch für einen nicht gerade günstigen Preis gekauft habe. Die Lieferung aus Italien war relativ schnell. Da dieser Motor aber von den geometrischen Abmaßen nicht gepasst hat sendete ich ihn zurück. Diese Firma behauptete dann dass ich den Motor defekt zurück gesendet hätte und hat mir nur 50% des Kaufpreises zurückerstattet. Auf Nachfrage der Prüfprotokolle kam keine Antwort mehr. Leider kann ich diese Firma und deren Service nicht empfehlen.

Hallo, mein Laufband hatte einen Kurzschluss und ich konnte den Fehler einfach nicht finden. Nach Beratung über WhatsApp konnte ich den Motor als fehlerhaft ausmachen. Nach Reparatur lief das Laufband einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für eure Unterstützung. Daumen hoch. LG Tobias

Feb 22nd still no respons to any of my emails over the last 6 days. Can not recommend doing any business with them. They gotten the wrong belt back, but not sent a new correct, nor confirmed the size as I asked. Or refunded my money.
Edit feb. 20th.: Asked for a refund, because of the lack of confirmation and delay and not answering emails. Still no respons.

Ordered a belt for my Kettler Marathon HS. One the website is startede, that the belt was specifically for this model, but showed no measurements. When I orderes I asked about the measurements and specifically wrote the specs for the Kettler Marathon HS as mentioned in the manual. They sent the belt. The one i got was 3cm to short and 2 cm in width. Also was suppose to be 2.2mm thick, but was only 1mm.
The make things better it is also cut uneven so the width ranges between 47 and 48cm.
Edit: 3 days later still haven't heard from supplier.

Supplier has emailed return lable for wrong belt and said UPS will pick it up, but not when (cant stay home all day every day!!!), but not sent a new one and not confirmed the correct measurements of the belt. Apparently only answers emails every other day!
Will off course revise my review when and if I get the correct belt with the correct measurements (500x3130x2.2mm).
I've been writing with you by email, so we are in contact. But you only reply emails every 2-3 days. And you still haven't sent the correct part, despite I have sent several emails and UPS have collected the wrong belt. So it's not me that's not getting the emails or not answering them. I got some and answered all and several times.
As per feb 19, I've sent 10 emails and you only replied 5 of them and non of them has answered my 2 questions. 1. Are you sure the belt your sending are the correct measurements as stated from manufacturer (Transportband 500x3130x2.2)?
2. When will I get it?
Already been 25 days since I first ordered.
Really REALLY bad customer service.

I had a mixed experience with Parts for Treadmill. On the positive side, their team, especially Lourdes, was helpful and communicative. They went out of their way to assist with finding parts for older treadmill models, even suggesting alternatives and offering refunds if the parts didn’t work. Delivery was reasonably quick, and with some effort, the parts did the job. However, the process wasn’t entirely straightforward, with needing to send detailed photos and do some trial-and-error in fitting. Overall, decent service but not entirely hassle-free.

Tolle und unkomplizierte Betreuung meines Problems mit dem Laufband. Meine Anfrage wurde am selben Tag noch beantwortet und ich bekam nicht nur einen Hinweis auf das passende Ersatzteil für mein Laufband sondern auch detaillierte und fachkundige Informationen, um den Fehler bei meinem Laufband zu beheben, was schlussendlich zum Erfolg geführt hat.
